"I recently stayed at this townhouse for 7 weeks. It was very clean, comfortable and safe. I came to Lakewood to see family and to enjoy the outdoor sports. Everything described in the description was accurate. It was a cold night when I arrived and the townhouse was warm and well stocked with items I might need prior to heading out to the grocery store. The owners were very thoughtful in the renters needs. I would highly recommend this townhouse and would not hesitate to stay there again. I would like to thank the owners for their quick response to any of my needs. It was an excellent stay and enjoyable experience."

"We spent five days in this lovely log home. It was the perfect place to gather for our son's wedding in Evergreen, just ten minutes away. This property is easily accessed, right off the 70 and 40. We found that we preferred to enjoy any free time at the house. We saw a group of deer saunter through the property one morning. My husband and myself, two married sons and their wives, our granddaughter and "groom to be" son all had plenty of space to spread out. The room for our six year old was darling. She had to invite all guests to tour her beautiful room:) The master bedroom and bath are huge! Three full and a half bath made it very easy for us all getting ready for the wedding. Jeri could not be more gracious. She met our future in-laws at the house before our arrival so they could place the welcome gifts out. She even haltered one of her alpacas so that our granddaughter could walk it with her. This home is really high end and the kitchen is fully outfitted. I had an electric mixer to bake a cake for the bride and groom and everything else we could possibly need to prepare meals for our group. The large deck was used for morning coffee, casual lunches and evening relaxing with a glass of wine while the men grilled. We highly recommend this lovely home. We only wish that we could have stayed longer!"

"My husband, our golden retriever and I stayed for a week in Ann's cozy, well-situated and appointed condo. It was about a million times better than staying in a hotel and a very good value to boot! While Ann does live here, there is plenty of space for one's belongings. Everything you need is on hand (except food, and she even allows guests to use some of her supplies). For being so close to Colfax, it was amazingly quiet, and we slept wonderfully each night in the comfy beds. The location can't be beat with easy access to City Park, the zoo, restaurants, shops, etc. We walked our dog every morning along nearby 17th Avenue. The condo was an easy 5 minute drive to visit our daughter and family in Stapleton. Our grandkids enjoyed visiting us, and we even had a pizza party one night (baked the pizzas bought at nearby King Sooper's in the kitchen)! We would not hesitate in staying here on future trips, and thank Ann for opening up her special property!"

"We came to Denver for a long weekend family gathering, M&D mid-sixties, three kids all 20-something. This was a great find for us, as our first VRBO. Charming place, old but well-updated and contemporary in its performance.
This is a very walkable location, 5 blocks to Whole Foods and Potager restaurant (innovative and very good) one block to Jelly's, 3 blocks to the large Argonaut liquor/wine store. We also walked to the State Capitol and beyond to 16th Street Mall in less than 20 minutes. Demographic in the area is mixed, predominantly a hip millennial crowd; we felt very safe.
We used all the bedrooms and all were very comfortable. The kitchen is well outfitted, and we used it and the grill out back several times. Every appliance we needed, and more, all good quality granite and stainless. Patio out back was a favorite gathering spot. The decor of the place is kitchy and interesting, nicely done.
The garage is small but very workable, with automatic remote. We rented a mid-sized SUV and it fit without difficulty. The garage is your parking space as finding a space on the street is very tough.
Ed, the owner, is very responsive, and easy to reach. Our family would certainly stay here again and we recommend the place for a gathering of family and friends.
Thanks again, Ed"
