"The second we opened the front door, we felt like we were at home. It is a cozy, quiet apartment in the Historic Baker District with a trendy, yet, comfortable feel. A quick call to Bari, and he gave us all of the details we needed to get started. When we got there, we were able to meet Sue and Leslie (tenants of the building) right away; they gave us great ideas of things to do and places to eat while we were there. The apartment is centrally located to everything one could think of doing while in Denver; 10 minutes to Downtown, a half hour from Red Rocks, an hour from Boulder, two hours from Rocky Mtn. National Park, and an hour and a half to Pikes Peak. A quick ten minute walk down the street brought us to Broadway Street where there are many trendy places to eat, drink, and shop. A visit to the Flatirons in Chautauqua Park or Eldorado State Park near Boulder is a must for any hiker. Hope you have as much fun as we did!"

"Our family is spread out to California, Illinois and Missouri, so we figured Colorado would be a great central location to meet up for a few days of family fun. When I found this house, I didn't believe it could be as beautiful as the pictures, but it definitely is! It is so large and roomy, yet offers all the cozy comforts of home. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. We had so much fun lounging on the recliners and watching the enormous television as well as cooking meals together in the huge kitchen. The town where this house is located is a little further outside Denver than I anticipated, but it was an easy drive on the highway. Although the area is very rural there are shopping centers nearby. Carol, the owner, was very friendly and helpful over the phone. She wanted to make sure the accommodations were just right and we had everything we needed. Her daughter met us and showed us around the house when we arrived.
Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience. This house is beautiful and a wonderful place to spend time in Colorado."

"Very pretty, comfortable and spacious apartment. Having 2 bathrooms was great. Loved the big shower. Good location - near bus stop to downtown. Quiet. Clean. Bill was easy to contact. A/C worked very well during our stay during extremely hot weather. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and Albertsons. My wife and I were very happy with our choice."
