  • Spacious Loft In The Middle of Everything

"Myself and 3 other colleagues booked this place for NAPE at the Convention Center which was less than a mile away and easily within walking distance. The loft is much larger than the pictures would have you believe (2700 sq feet). We slept one person to each of the 2 rooms, 1 in the pantry loft and 1 on the pullout couch. The small loft accessible through the pantry actually has a king size bed in it, so we all slept quite comfortably with tons of room to spare. You could even stash someone in the giant master closet if you needed to! We didn't have a car as we UBER'd everywhere, however we had a local friend meet us over for dinner one night and he couldn't stop talking about how amazing it was that we had a garage to park his car in right in the middle of Lodo - parking sucks in the area. The private rooftop terrace perfect providing views of Coors Field and downtown. Of all the great things going for this place - sq feet, rooftop, decor, garage, dispensery next door ;) - the location is probably the best part as you are right in the middle of EVERYTHING - bars, restaurants, shops, you name it. Excellent place, HIGHLY recommend, will definitely be back with the wife and friends. Thanks Deborah for making our stay easy and painless!"

  • Comfortable for our family

"We gathered with family from other parts of the country, and were a span of ages from 68 to 18 months. Everything we needed was available - it was like being in our own home. We had 7 children who greatly enjoyed the interaction with the alpacas. The elk herd made an appearance also to everyone's delight. There were outdoor toys, as well as board and card games. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for every activity - including quiet time to read some of the interesting books displayed in the sitting room. When we mentioned our plan to grill, the owner made certain that we wouldn't run out of propane. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant or helpful host. We greatly enjoyed this visit to Colorado!"

  • What a great Location!

"This condo was the perfect location! You can walk all over downtown Denver - 16th Street Mall, LoDo, Rhino, all sports venues; as well as across I25 to the West and up to the Highlands area of Denver. We had a great walk every morning and then found coffee usually at Ink, the coffee shop in the building next to the condo. The condo is in a very pedestrian part of Denver, so there is very little traffic noise. However it is next to the train tracks, but that noise was really not an issue at all. It was just so fun to stand on the lanai and watch all the walkers and be immersed in urban life for a few days. The nearby restaurants were really good. Zengo was excellent and McLoughlin's downstairs was really good also. We did not spend much time in the condo, but the morning light in the living room was great. Bruce was really nice to work with and made sure we had everything we needed."
