"If you need to be in downtown Denver for a few days, this is THE place. Quiet and really comfortable home, complete gourmet kitchen, lovely back patio and garden, in a walkable neighborhood. Home restoration kept all the key features...solid wood doors and staircases, fantastic wood floors, pocket doors, beamed ceilings, brass door hardware, and so much more. A real oasis to relax after a day out or a day to stay in. Street parking requires creativity, but is readily available, and the home has a garage that accommodated our Ford Explorer. Owner responds promptly to requests. Exceptional and affordable property!"

"The second we opened the front door, we felt like we were at home. It is a cozy, quiet apartment in the Historic Baker District with a trendy, yet, comfortable feel. A quick call to Bari, and he gave us all of the details we needed to get started. When we got there, we were able to meet Sue and Leslie (tenants of the building) right away; they gave us great ideas of things to do and places to eat while we were there. The apartment is centrally located to everything one could think of doing while in Denver; 10 minutes to Downtown, a half hour from Red Rocks, an hour from Boulder, two hours from Rocky Mtn. National Park, and an hour and a half to Pikes Peak. A quick ten minute walk down the street brought us to Broadway Street where there are many trendy places to eat, drink, and shop. A visit to the Flatirons in Chautauqua Park or Eldorado State Park near Boulder is a must for any hiker. Hope you have as much fun as we did!"

"We had a great weekend in Denver and this loft was perfect for us all around. Fantastic location and proximity to Coors Field and Mile High Stadium and within walking distance to the awesome Denver nightlife. The private garage and security were a plus and the loft had absolutely every amenity we could have asked for. Great restaurants and wine store across the street. The owner was very accommodating and polite , with great communication and response time. We had no problem preparing our trip and accessing the building when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this loft for a great place to stay in downtown Denver and hope to stay again in the future!"

"What a wonderful house for a family gathering at Christmastime. There were eight of us including our almost seven month old granddaughter who came from Georgia and Massachusetts to join our daughter from Denver for Christmas. On the day we arrived, we were snowed in before we could go to the grocery store. The owner came and cleared the driveway and showed us how to use the snowblower. He also brought some groceries to tide us over until we could get to the grocery store. What a great guy!
We had plenty of room to spread out, lots of games and movies and an open floor plan so that we could be engaged with each other in our various family activities. We used the really nice grill several times and otherwise ate most of our meals at the house.
We were accessible to Colorado Springs and Denver for several outings during our stay. The roads were easily passable, even during some otherwise challenging snowfalls. The scenery around the area was gorgeous, especially blanketed with the fresh snow.
Deer were regularly passing through the yard, and on Christmas Eve, seven of them settled into a low place between the house and an adjacent property for three or four hours. Even when they weren't visible, you could see their tracks all around the property and up the red rock ridges. What a sight. They were grazing throughout the neighborhood on exposed grasses and small trees.
We've never seen a more beautiful Christmas, or enjoyed a more relaxed one. This property is ideal for family groups who want to build good memories and share the wonder of God's creation.
Try this one. You'll love it."
