"The loft is absolutely wonderful. It is clean and neat and in a great location. We were able to walk to Coors Field, the Aquarium, Elitch Gardens, the 16th street mall and many places to eat. (Don't moss out on Snooze.). I would recommend this place to anyone, but it was perfect for my husband and me and our two kiddos. If we make it back to Denver, I will absolutely look for this property again."

"Loved this duplex. Great Location, close to downtown but away from the traffic and crowds. Easy access to the freeway as well. House was well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. My wife really enjoyed the cats that came to see her when sitting on the front porch. There was even an art/music fair at the lake the weekend we were there, nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again"

"The best thing about this property has to be the location. I lost my 90 year old mom when she decided to venture out the back yard. (Just kidding!) She discovered the bridge and path to the park behind and went back several times. The house is nicely furnished cute clean and quite spacious accommodating 5 adults and one baby. The high chair was used often and we kept the doggie gate up to keep the crawling baby away from the stairs.
The large backyard was great for a gathering of out of state families and we were able to enjoy our party even with the rain. In addition to a canvas patio the owner even had a pop up canopy for us to use. We had a minor plumbing issue which the owner was quick to respond to.
My only suggestion would be to replace all the bedroom pillows...they are quite flat even when stacked....it.can make a difference in a good night's sleep when away from home. And a few patio chairs should be tossed. The sidewalk out the back has one step that should be removed (a few of us fell even in the daytime)
It's a great little house and I'm so glad I found it. Close to downtown and quiet and plenty of parking. I would certainly recommend the brewmaster house."

"Six of our immediate family stayed for six days to attend a family wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and with some planning, found the one bath to not be a problem. We walked to local, independent coffee shops (Windy Saddle & Higher Grounds),to dinner each night and to the Coors tour. Most of our party climbed to the top of Table Mountain behind the house. The house owner was very easy to work with - good communication."
