  • Nice small hourse in good neighborhood with no internet

"We opened the door and were impressed by the very clean state and set dinning room table which is in the kitchen. This is a relatively small, yet not too small house with quite a large back yard. It is located in a working class neighborhood that seems very safe and secure. Access to the interstate is only 2 blocks away. It is about 15 minutes to the airport. The street is nice and wide for traffic. The front entrance is approached on a ramp with railing that would assist less mobile tenants. As usual the kitchen is lacking lots of counter space, but it is fully functional for traveling needs. The third bedroom is in the large basement and very private. A bathroom with shower is down there. The washer and dryer are great for longer stays. There is a garage door opener that we found really handy for late night returning home. We would have rated this a five star if it had internet access."

  • Charming, Clean, Quiet

"I rented this home for a college girlfriends reunion and it was the perfect "base camp" for all our activities. It was close enough to the airport that our various flight arrangements were manageable; close to major freeways for easy access to Boulder and Vail. It's in a quiet neighborhood with various grocery stores within about 10 minutes. The home was just as described and clean. We made good use of the kitchen (with the large square table that could easily seat 8) and the gas grill available in the garage. The cute outdoor patio in the back provided a place to hang out while grilling dinner. Owner was very responsive to any questions."

  • Perfect location and size for 2

"My husband and I spent a week at this condo in the Historic Baker District in Denver. We arrived late at night, and with the help of a flashlight that my hubby just happened to have, we found the hidden key. During our stay, we were very comfortable. The apt. Is comfortably furnished with most everything, though I had to purchase a blow dryer, and the kitchen could use a better corkscrew... Love the neighborhood! We would definitely stay at this condo again."

  • A Home Away From Home

"We used to live a few blocks from Kim and Brenda's loft and chose not to stay with family and friends for a month visit. Brenda made us feel at home instantly, and although photos can be misleading, the unit was even better than pictured and described. We had absolutely no issues with the property. Enjoyed a Rockies game. Loved walking downtown. Check out specials at Z's downstairs. Walked to "New" Union Station. Light Rail to Golden. Cog train up Pike's Peak. Visited old haunts and kids, grandkids, and friends. Great access to the freeways in any direction. Loved the heated, basement garage. Wish we could have stayed longer. Recommended without reservation."
