"My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. We were all in shock at just how beautiful the home was and how Nancy has thought of everything you could ever need. The views are tremendous, it's a quick drive to Red Rock and grocery stores. As a diverse group ranging from 7- almost 60 there was plenty to do including doing nothing but enjoying the fresh air and view. We cooked dinner each night, relaxed and enjoyed each other's company.
Nancy is thorough and a professional from our first inquiries to returning our security deposit promptly.
If we are back in the area this house is on the top of our list and you should put it at the top of your list too!"

"My husband and I stayed with two friends at this heavenly location. Every single day was a new discovery of this area's majestic beauty. Home was very large and welcoming, and the view from the deck far surprised any expectations we had. Would love to have the privilege to stay at this property again."

"My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night stay at Writer's Nest. It was so quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We esp enjoyed sitting outside on the deck with the beautiful view. The Writer's Nest is a clean, cozy and inviting place to stay. Michael was a great host and attentive to anything we needed. We would certainly enjoy staying there again."

"We had just a wonderful time at this location. It is a beautiful, well-maintained home on a huge plot of land. There are lots of rooms and spare sheets for everyone. We went to my brother's wedding and had a fabulous time. Mike is extremely personable and helpful and greeted us when we came, but was totally hands-off and not in our business at all. He just made himself available if we needed him. At one point we were panicked because it was raining and the wedding was outdoors, and Mike got us two large patio umbrellas to bring! Which was super thoughtful and above and beyond the call of duty.
We loved the playroom and the board games, and there was a pack-n-play and 2 high chairs for our baby which made it so much easier. The kitchen was super well-stocked and had necessities like even creamer and ketchup left over so we didn't have to buy a ton of stuff that we would have to throw away afterwards.
We saw a bunny and lots of birds. We had just missed elk season but there is a wall in the house with photos of past elk sightings!
The hot tub was great to lounge in and look up at all the stars.
This was ten times better than a hotel for a family because you are all together and don't have to stay in a hotel room during baby naps.
We were just so happy and impressed with this home. We came in the summer and may come back again in the winter! We loved it!"
