  • Like home in Boulder

"This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Boulder. Located just a few blocks from Pearl St., you couldn't ask for a better location. The apartment itself is very welcoming with all the amenities one would need. Erik was very responsive and accommodating. I definitely would recommend this spot."

  • Downtown condo close to shopping and food!

"Lovely little condo! Plenty of room for the six of us! Everything we needed. Loved the washer and dryer so that we could wash clothes, towels and such! The kitchen is current and beautiful. So nice to look out on the street and see shoppers and Christmas lights! Very clean! We will rent this condo again!"

  • Cozy colorful retreat!

"We found our home away from home whenever we visit our kids in Boulder. A great and convenient location so one does not really need a car to go to downtown or hiking. Bruce could not have been more welcoming and thoughtful before and during our stay. Susurro was exceptionally clean and had everything one could need, including a new big refrigerator and cute vintage gas stove. We loved the colorful art and funkiness of the furnishings, warm, cozy throws and enjoyed the space of two bedrooms as we had our granddaughter in for a sleepover. All in all, a lovely stay. My only reservation is that in rating it so highly it might not be available for our next visit!"

  • Perfect for a large group

"We have stayed in Estes Park before, but this was the most confortable stay we have ever had. We had 8 adults on this trip and the propery was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped, which was great as we were preparing a holiday meal. We took side trips to RMNP, attended the "Catch the Glow" Christmas parade. We were able to see elk grazing on the golf course, a moose in RMNP and big horn sheep. It was great to have room to spread out with the 2 living areas, but have space to come together for games and family time. It was alittle too windy and cold to spend much time outside, but enjoyed a few short walks. The only issue we noticed, was due to the wind, the one door did not seal well at the threshold and there was a lot of cold air coming in."
