"My family of six adults and one baby and the family dog just spent a delightful 5 nights here. The accommodations were fantastic, enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. Loved the views out the windows. The hot tub was appreciated at the end of a day of hiking. Hope to come back and stay here again."

"My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 2 dogs. The cabin has a beautiful and relaxing setting. Loved hearing the river lull us to sleep every night. The cabin is nicely appointed and close to Estes Park but far enough away to get away from the crowds. Our dogs loved running around on the property. My only complaint is that you can hear a little road noise from the highway."

"We recently stayed at the cottage for a weekend getaway with the girls. The house is easily accessible to a grocery store, downtown, and Boulder Mountain. There is plenty of space and all of the amenities needed, including wifi.
While this house is easily walkable to downtown (about a half mile), we ended up taking an Uber there as many of the ladies were in heels for a Saturday night out. Our Uber was only $5, which made that decision even easier. We did quite a bit of hiking while we were in Boulder, and this house is less than ten minutes from some amazing hikes.
I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay here again if another Boulder trip is anywhere in my future."

"Small but comfortable apartment in a wonderful location. Nicely furnished. Very close to restaurants and shops in downtown Boulder. The bathroom is quite small, but workable despite the fact that the shower is just a shower head attached to the wall beside the sink with a shower curtain to separate it from the rest of the room. The only complaint we really had with the property is that the bathroom door slides open and closed and would not completely close. It would be helpful to have an additional shower curtain on the inside of the door to keep water from getting on the kitchen floor."
