"Our family stayed in this mountain home over the long labor day weekend. There were 11 of us ranging in ages from 11 - 70, and we were all very comfortable! We had plenty of space, though we found ourselves all out on the deck looking at the amazing view. It's about a 20 minute drive into the mountains (with a tiny town for a quick errand if needed), so feels very remote but not far at all from civilization. We had a running conversation about how there was 2 or 3 weeks worth of things to do in this area! It's in a great location to explore Boulder, Golden, Denver, and we even ventured to Idaho Springs. Everything is exactly as pictured and exactly as Beryle describes in this post and in the materials provided. Communication is quick, clear and easy from the time we booked through the return of our deposit check."

Spacious well-stocked house, great price & location
"We stayed in this great place for 5 nights. Wonderful owners, spacious home, decorated nicely with all amenities including great coffee. A 20 minute walk to the downtown area, close to bike trails, hikes, shopping, all is easily accessible. This home is located on a lovely quiet suburban street. Fit 4 adults very comfortably."

"Stayed at the Boulder Cottage during CU family weekend with my two daughters. The house was so comfortable and perfectly located for everything we did. We walked to Pearl Street for dinner, shopping and CU football parade. We walked to campus and beyond. We ran the Boulder Creek Path and hiked the trails of Chautauqua Park. The Boulder Cottage was perfect for curling up with a book or watching one of the many direct TV movies after a busy day. The kitchen was amazing however we used it mostly for making coffee and a quick yogurt breakfast. I would stay here again."

"My husband and I rented this cabin for a weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We enjoyed the beautiful location and spending afternoons on the beautiful deck. Deb, the owner, was very helpful and considerate, offering suggestions and information regarding local happenings for the 4th of July weekend. She also checked in with us to make certain we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed being up in the beautiful mountains. We cooked dinner each night on the grill and had everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen. We would definitely return!!"
