  • Excellent home with terrific view--warm even with the coldest weather

"Seven women had planned a mini-college reunion in Boulder in November. We hadn't gone to school at CU but thought it would make a great place to re-live our own college days so many years ago! We came from all over the US--New Hampshire, Baltimore, Portland, Seattle, and Albuquerque! In planning, we were worried about the potential for cold/snowy weather, but we could not have anticipated the Polar Vortex which came into Colorado! Nonetheless, the house was toasty with a fabulous gas fireplace that warmed the living room. The bedroom linens were fantastic that made jumping into bed a terrific experience and kept each of us warm in our own beds and rooms. We took walks in nearby Chautauqua Park which was absolutely beautiful in the autumn. Kurt was terrific to deal with, and he met us at the door when he provided an orientation to his many TVs, sound systems and nooks and crannies. His home has many wonderful features including a terrific outdoor seating area. The kitchen and supplies were awesome for the creation of numerous gourmet dinners. From the Master bedroom, there is a great view of the Flat Irons that beg you to visit and stay. The Pearl Street Mall was a bit far to walk in such cold weather, but he provided a treasure trove of Boulder resources that helped us navigate this wonderful, colorful, fantastic college town."

  • One of a kind!

"This property is absolutely gorgeous!! We loved it and appreciated all the amenities it had to offer. As we first came into the house we were stunned - one room was prettier than the next! The artwork is unique and the decor is beautiful. There is space to spread out, including a big front porch, and upper deck and a spacious, lovely backyard. The proximity to Boulder activities is exceptional. We walked almost everywhere. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay at this lovely place."

  • Midwestern Folk visiting the Mountians

"What a great stay! The house and deck facilitated a great atmosphere for social interaction. I would recommend this property and looking forward to coming back. Also, Golden Hill Inn is a must for dinner when you are staying here."

  • Perfect Ironman Boulder Condo!

"Property owner was fantastic to work with and super helpful with any questions we had. My family and I stayed here for the 2014 Ironman Boulder race - it was a perfect spot for us. Super close to downtown (finish and parking) and Boulder High School (IM village, T2 and swim start shuttles), Safeway is nearby in the other direction. Best part though, the condo property is on the Boulder Creek Path, and thus, on the run course. The property is quiet and private, so plenty of chances to get lots of rest before and after the race. We'll definitely look to reserve this property again the next time we are in Boulder."
