"A perfect place for us. Everything about this home suited our needs. A great kitchen, nice and comfortable rooms, a nice backyard, a front porch that is a readers dream, an easy walk to town, a wonderful neighborhood, good hiking easily accessible, and old time charm. The owner of the home was helpful and friendly. We stayed a week, but would have been happy just staying!!! We hope to go back soon."

"We just returned from a weekend spent celebrating our daughter's graduation from CU. We could not have asked for a better place to be our home base. The house is close to many attractions, the beds were super comfortable, and we loved the garage (it rained and snowed all weekend). The house has more than enough room for a family of 5. We even had a dinner party one night. Thank you Diane for helping making this weekend even more memorable."

"My wife and I with our two small children stayed at this house over the winter while we looked for a new home. The house is clean, well stocked, organized and in a great location. There is a small park at the end of the cul de sac which leads to the towns bike path wich allows for a quick bike ride to downtown Louisville. The covered patio is great for grilling and backs a wooded open space. Tommy is very easy to work with and responds quickly to any concerns."

"I stayed with my girlfriend for three nights for a mini-vacation, and loved this house! We're a couple in our 30s, and appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, but liked that it was less than a mile to bustling Pearl Street.
The house was spotless, modern, and comfortable. You can walk to great hiking trails from the house, there is a theater room, and a very large master bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub. We slept great every night.
It was hard to leave, and I would definitely stay here again on any future Boulder trips!"
