"My family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful mountain cabin. The views were breathtaking. It was close enough to Estes Park that we could easily go into town to enjoy the shops and Rocky Mountain National Park. The owners were warm and friendly and gave us excellent dining recommendations. The cabin was clean roomy even with eight people staying there. The kitchen was equipped with everything we need for our holiday feast. Our dogs were welcome which was a big plus. I would definitely recommend this home for your vacation needs, and we plan on staying again the next time we're in the area."Guest: Brenda S. "We went with our 14 mo grandbaby for a short getaway from the heat and humidity of our home state, and to see beautiful Estes Park area! The cabin was perfect, quiet area with fenced backyard for playing, fishing for my husband. We took easy hikes during the day and enjoyed shopping in Estes and Boulder. Having a kitchen for meals and washing machine/dryer for laundry was great! So much more relaxing than a hotel! Hope we can do it again!"Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 8, 2014View listing
"My family spent a week at the house. It was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and well tended. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house was very clean and had very comfortable furnishings. My daughters liked hanging out in the basement. You can't beat this location for easy access to the Beaver Meadow Entrance - no driving through town to get to it. We hiked almost every morning and then my daughters (ages 10 and 11) would head off to the YMCA for crafts, horseback riding (one day) and swimming. The YMCA is only a mile up the road and is a great for the kids. We visit RMNP every year and, truly, this house is my favorite. Comfy, conveniently located, and quiet. The owners are very responsive as well."Guest: Missy K. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 13, 2014View listing
"Stayed at this Estes Park property for a week in July with two "20+ somethings" for our summer vacation - a pilgrimage we take annually, renting a cabin in various areas of the state. The property is exactly as described in the owner's listing and was the nicest we've stayed in while in Colorado. The in house theatre room was a wonderful addition for the 20+ adults in the evenings with available movies and satellite TV. The cabin is cleverly decorated and has numerous features to make you feel like your at home. The only drawback we experienced was a lack of internet access for me to check-in at work and the college student to do his homework for his online class. We resolved this by visiting Estes Park wifi spots; however, the limited bandwidth provided in most public locations was slow. The fastest public wifi we located was at the library. Cell phone service at the cabin was good at all times (AT&T); however, wifi on their LTE network was much slower than we're used to. While the concept of "unplugging" always sounds good, it's not realistic for many of us even when on vacation. The 23 yoa and 26 yoa have announced that future vacation locations will need confirmed wifi."Guest: Richard D. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 10, 2014View listing
