"Nancy and John are so warm and welcoming to guests! The accommodations are so comfortable and the home is beautiful! We enjoying having some tips from them on the must see Boulder sites! The breakfast was healthy and perfect! Really enjoyed being able to do a load of laundry after a couple of days of hiking in July! We can't wait to come back and visit Boulder again! This is our preference for accommodations."

"We spent 7 days at this lovely home during the Thanksgiving holiday. The home was comfortable, warm, charming and had a nice kitchen which we used to prepare several side dishes, pies, etc. for Thanksgiving. The location was perfect - downtown Boulder a block away, coffee house, wine shop, small grocery store a few steps away and multiple hiking trails a few blocks from the house.
The owner, Lorraine, was lovely - very helpful and responsive - we had a heating issue and she took care of it as soon as she was notified.
We had a great time and look forward to our return to Boulder and, if available, will stay at this home. Thank You!"

"Great views from this three split level A-Frame. The windows go from floor to ceiling and that makes the view amazing. The amenities were more than adequate. Plenty of dishes, pans etc. in kitchen. Dish TV worked without a hitch. WIFI worked.
The only hang up I have is that I was shot with a BB gun by the kid behind the house. He was out shooting his gun for a few minutes and I really didn't pay him any mind as that is what kids do. I was unloading some things from my car then he shot me. I went and talked to his mom and she didn't really seem too surprised, more like this happens. She told me he wouldn't do it again. After I came back to the house, we noticed that our cars had likely been shot. Sort of hard to prove, but the evidence was there. I'd have easily given this a 5 star rating if I hadn't been shot.
Bottom line, if you enjoy mountain views and don't have a fear of being shot at, this is the ideal getaway."

"Pulled into the driveway and was immediately impressed with the landscape, views and cleanliness of the landscape. The home was beautiful and very well kept. Lots of room and beautiful views from inside. So close to downtown Estes Park. I also must say that Chuck and Coleen are the nicest people and very easy to work with. If we were to come back to the Estes area we would definitely see about renting this home again. We would recommend this home rental to our friends and family."
