"Very nice, clean and comfortable three bedroom condo. It is quiet and in an excellent location with lots of biking and walking trails and super close to the university. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The owners were very helpful. Would recommend this VRBO to others, and would stay here again."

"Our family had been planning this reunion for over a year. Once I saw Fall River Lodge, I was so disappointed that it was booked up till 2017. I decided to call just to double check and Carol had just got off the phone with someone who cancelled the week of 05/30-06/06/2015. I told her immediately we would take the week. We had 20 people flying and driving in from all over the country for a much anticipated reunion of sorts. We loved how big the place was and each family could have their own space. The lodge had plenty of games like ping pong, shuffle board, pinball, swimming pool, TV's and the hot tub for everyone to just kick back and relax.
Their was some plumbing problems but this was taken care of 1st thing the next morning. Bob and Carole made us feel so welcome and made sure that everything was just right. I don't know how they do it working on this lodge and running their business in Estes, but they managed to do all the small things right. They knew we were going to be getting in @ 4pm on Saturday and they provided breakfast for all of us so we wouldn't have to rush out and grocery shop. What awesome service.
The property is right outside of town, yet feels like you are in the country. Of course, the Hiking was awesome, the creek was flowing big time, and the property is just gorgeous.
Kitchen was awesome. New gas stove and oven! We never even went into town to eat and cooked/grilled every morning and night.
I hope to one day come back and would love to stay here again and recommend it highly to everyone even thinking about this place."

"This home was everything promised and more. My daughter lives in the Denver area and she and her fiancée decided on a Rocky Mountain National Park wedding. This beautiful home on the 6th green was our home away from home (the Midwest) as we prepared the week before for the wedding!! This house was spotlessly clean and amazingly stocked with everything we needed for the week. We cooked in multiple breakfasts and dinners, enjoyed the sunsets from the hot tub, and sat out on the deck. We explored the golf course and were amazed to see deer and elk sitting in the front and back yard! As we had our meals at the kitchen table, hummingbirds were just outside the windows as deer licked at the salt lick, bunnies scampered from bush to bush, and squirrels ran up the trees. We saw more wildlife from a closer vantage point than in the park! The house is wonderfully located, just a short drive to the grocery, shopping, and RMNP. Ed was very helpful during the entire process. He offered to help with any wedding questions as to caterers, seamstresses, etc. He met us at the house on the first day, oriented us, and gave us the grand tour and told us to call with any questions or problems. It was very hard to leave this idyllic setting. This home was perfect to relax in and took away the stress of putting the final touches on a wedding!"

"A relaxing, cozy cabin. Very clean and comfortable. The leather couch and recliner were comfy. Well stocked with kitchen utensils and basic cooking items. Enjoyed the hot tub after hikes and sight seeing in Rocky Mountain National Park. Nice to have washer and dryer also. Nice supply of books, puzzles, and games. Liked it was walking distance to many restaurants. Short drive to grocery store. We would definitely return."
