  • If I could give it a 6th star, I would

"My family and I had a wonderful week at Jay's place in downtown Boulder. I won't get into how wonderful Boulder is, b/c if you're reading these reviews you should already be familiar. But, Jay's place is a wonderful place in a great part of Boulder. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, and you're only a couple of blocks (re: very short walk) away from Pearl Street. My family and I walked down to Pearl Street daily. Jay was very friendly and amazingly easy to deal with during the rental process. I didn't have any doubt that if we needed anything, he could make it work: he even managed to swing us a pack-and-play for our second youngster. The views from the house are amazing, and the house was immaculate and cozy and contemporary all at the same time. We had an amazing time, and if/when we go back to Boulder again (go Buffs), we're definitely going to look here before anywhere else."

  • Happy House

"We stayed here for 3 nights while we helped our son move to town. This is a great alternative to a hotel room and we look forward to many more visits. It's in a great location if you enjoy walking rather than driving everywhere. The house definitely is funky and creative and there is so much to look it in the exterior details. The apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable and the hosts were clearly willing to accommodate any of our needs we may have had. Even though they live above the apartment, it felt very private. You enter the yard through your own gate and you don't feel as though you're bothering the hosts. You can hear the footsteps of people above, just as you would in any 2-level house, but it didn't feel bothersome at all, but rather like good energy of family moving around. There are several hiking trails just at the end of the street, which was nice. It was very clean, comfortable and we look forward to visiting again! Thank you for opening your home! Loved it!"

  • First time in Colorado

"This was our first time in Colorado. Estes Park and the Black Canyon Chalet did not disappoint. We were close to all activities, the National Park and any type of hiking we wanted to do. The scenery from the condo was gorgeous. We spent a lot of time on the front deck. The condo was clean and well stocked with anything we needed for the week. there were first class restaurants within walking distance. Lots of wild life to view in the area."

  • Fabulous Fall, Extraordinary Elk

"We spent an absolutely wonderful fall week in the Sandtrap condo. Owners were wonderful. This was our return visit to this rental and were so excited to return. It was the rut season for the elk and we had a front row seat to it all out our Windows. So wonderful and interesting. Weather was wonderful. Condo is much more than you would expect. Can't wait to return. Town of Estes Park has recovered beautifully from the floods of 2013 and. the work on the highways is near completeion and repair, we had virtually no delays. Again. Terrific home ,town and nature. Cant recommend this home enough."
