  • Location, location, location - wonderful

"We spent 7 days at this lovely home during the Thanksgiving holiday. The home was comfortable, warm, charming and had a nice kitchen which we used to prepare several side dishes, pies, etc. for Thanksgiving. The location was perfect - downtown Boulder a block away, coffee house, wine shop, small grocery store a few steps away and multiple hiking trails a few blocks from the house. The owner, Lorraine, was lovely - very helpful and responsive - we had a heating issue and she took care of it as soon as she was notified. We had a great time and look forward to our return to Boulder and, if available, will stay at this home. Thank You!"

  • Perfect Location!

"We live in Estes Park and are staying here while our home is being renovated. This is one of the newest buildings in town, and we couldn't have been happier with this loft. It's right on the main street and perfect if you like to walk and take in the sights and shops. There's a spa in the building so it smells wonderful and relaxing from the minute you walk into the building. The building has several units but it is quiet. The condo is open, airy and light. Kitchen has everything we need, and if we'd rather go out we just walk down the stairs and we're surrounded by restaurant choices. Everything works as it should, plenty of supplies. The balcony looks over main street so there's always something to see. Town is decorated for Xmas right now we we've enjoyed the holiday lights right outside our window. A bear even came down to visit the main street Thanksgiving night (we think he was surprised by the addition of holiday lights to his favorite tree). We loved the convenience of flipping a switch and having a warm, cozy fire so we never turned on the heat. In December. In the mountains. Imagine that. Wifi works great. Bed is comfortable. If our home isn't finished as scheduled, we can't think of a better place to continue our Estes Park "vacation". Thank you Amy."

  • Fabulous Fall, Extraordinary Elk

"We spent an absolutely wonderful fall week in the Sandtrap condo. Owners were wonderful. This was our return visit to this rental and were so excited to return. It was the rut season for the elk and we had a front row seat to it all out our Windows. So wonderful and interesting. Weather was wonderful. Condo is much more than you would expect. Can't wait to return. Town of Estes Park has recovered beautifully from the floods of 2013 and. the work on the highways is near completeion and repair, we had virtually no delays. Again. Terrific home ,town and nature. Cant recommend this home enough."

  • Perfect for family vacations!

"Three generations of our family spent the entire week together at this home in March, and it was perfect for our needs. The location of this home is perfect. Set in a quiet family neighborhood within walking distance to the excitement of Pearl Street, we did all of our traveling in town by foot. Another highlight of this rental is the enormous backyard, which offered a ton of space for lawn games and grilling out. Being that the weather was great, we spent much of our time in the back yard lounging around, playing bocce ball, and throwing the frizbee... the pictures don't even do this yard justice, it's HUGE! The beds were very comfortable and the large dining area was a great place for us all to gather and eat meals together. As far as Boulder itself, what a great place for a family vacation. Many restaurants and bars within blocks and so many great places to hike and explore the mountains within 30 minutes. This is a great rental for families and travelers looking to experience Boulder like they actual live in the community rather than just visiting."
