"This house was perfect for our family as we visited our oldest son attending CU Boulder. The home is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to Pearl Street and the CU campus. Hope to stay there again!"

"Great location! The unit was well maintained and had everything we needed. My only regret was that we had too many things to do in town--wanted to just hang out and enjoy the views and quiet! Nice hiking paths were just steps from the front door! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in town! Thanks!"

"Our family (8 of us) plus a non-resident couple took advantage of this beautiful property for an annual retreat we take every year. It was WONDERFUL! As stated in another review, the owner was very responsive to questions ranging from walking the golf course to an appliance concern. We had an Alaskan with us who loves big game and we were entertained by Elk the entire time there which made him a really happy as well as the rest of us as we watched the golfers dodge the elk as they grazed the golf course. The house was well equipped and the beds comfortable. Its one of the few houses we looked at that had three king size beds as well as a room with two twins and then four bunk beds in the tv room. The garage provided parking for one of our cars, and the drive had plenty of room to accommodate the other two vehicles we had plus that of the other couple each day. Should we find ourselves considering Estes Park again we will definitely look to see if this house is available. It's location on the south side of the Estes Park Golf Course is convenient to downtown yet in a very quiet subdivision, which was nice since one of the weekends we were there was Elk Fest and the population of the town had to have grown by thousands. We went, but it was nice to retreat to the house to decompress from the crowded conditions of the park and town. The close proximity to the Rocky Mountain National Park also made it a good choice. We could approach the park easily from either the south entrance (via Mary's Lake Road) or the north entrance. This house met and exceeded our expectations and needs as a family. Thanks to the owners for putting it out there!"

"Our family spent the first week in September here and loved it! The house is just a short walk from downtown, yet the property is very large and private. The home is so spacious and comfortable and the toy closet is fabulous! This is a VRBO that we want to visit again."
