  • Great Home and Location

"I had a large group that included two small children staying in the home. We loved the location, amount of space, and amenities. The children enjoyed being able to run around indoors (it was winter and cold) and we appreciated being so close to both downtown Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. The home is setup very well for families with children as the back bedroom has bunk beds and a small living room area with toys and games. The kitchen was very well stocked and even had two coffee makers. I've stayed at many vacation homes and this one was by far the best!"

  • Excellent location! Wonderful experience!

"My travel companions and I attended a conference in Denver and added a few days prior to the conference to see some of the sites in Colorado. After learning The Taste of Boulder was occurring during the time we were there, we decided upon Boulder for a few days and booked a hotel in town. Lucky for us, we stumbled upon this property and decided to try our luck with a rental instead of a hotel. We are so glad we did! The property is in an excellent location just off Pearl Street and convenient to the Pedestrian Mall. We could not have asked for a better location. The home also had everything we needed for our stay. With so many wonderful restaurants nearby, we did not really utilize the kitchen for meals, but it seemed to have been stocked with everything one might need. The beds were very comfortable, and while the unit is small and cozy, the three of us had plenty of space to gather, as well as the opportunity for some quiet time in our rooms. I can't say enough about the owner, who was most accommodating. She communicated with us prior to our arrival as well as afterward, making sure everything was as it should be. I would highly recommend this unit as a base for visiting downtown Boulder, and I would also add a recommendation that you take an early morning stroll to Snooze a.m. Eatery for breakfast (Their OMG! French Toast is every bit of its name!). If you are lucky enough to travel during the Taste of Pearl, be sure to get your tickets for that event, Wonderful visit, wonderful unit, wonderful owner. Absolutely nothing negative that I could say. Gratitude to the owner for sharing this unit!"

  • CU Graduation Weekend

"We just returned from a weekend spent celebrating our daughter's graduation from CU. We could not have asked for a better place to be our home base. The house is close to many attractions, the beds were super comfortable, and we loved the garage (it rained and snowed all weekend). The house has more than enough room for a family of 5. We even had a dinner party one night. Thank you Diane for helping making this weekend even more memorable."

  • Thanksgiving 2014

"My family and I have stayed at VRBO homes before and this one is a great place to visit. We had family come in from the east coast for Thanksgiving so expectations were high ... everyone was comfortable, the kids were able to go sledding, and the space in the home was adequate for my family. There is no cell service so if you can't work on wifi, you may have to take a walk or drive to get cell reception. We had a small issue with a broken pipe because of the cold but once I made a call to the numbers provided, maintenance was there in a timely manner to take care of the issue and there was little to no interruption with our getaway. Kudos to the maintenance guy! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!"
