"Walk out the door, go 50 feet, and you are on Pearl Street one block to the open mall! Or, 30 feet cross street to a vegan or Latin restaurant. Clean. Comfortable bed. Frig, sink, dishes, microwave. Little two seat table. Nice hot shower. Place shares wall and locked door into separate rental space where you can hear 'neighbors', etc. Side of house adjacent back of stores/edge of alley, curtain needs better 'screen'. THAT SAID, my wife and I will DEFINITELY pick the place again. Wow, such a good place if you like Location, AND accept the compromise of 'sharing' a little sound space. Loved it. Thanks Steve!"

"Well appointed home with large bedrooms, several of which had attached bathrooms. Very clean. Large kitchen accommodated multiple cooks and the expansive peninsula was our favorite gathering spot. Everyone loved the cozying up by the fireplace. Easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park where we sledded multiple times and to town for our seemingly endless grocery runs! Several up close elk sightings as they grazed in the yard. Rave reviews from the whole family - young and old."

"The location was perfect for us, we were visiting our daughter at CU. The property was very clean, and well maintained. The complex was quiet, barely heard the neighbors. Easy access to nearby activities, great restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!"

"My wife and I, who have explored nearly every nook and cranny of Colorado, decided to do a last minute getaway and relax up in the mountains before the holiday rush. Could not have asked for a better location that is easily accessible from Denver; that is secluded and quiet; that provides intimate interaction with nature; feels like a clean, comfortable and cozy relative's vacation home (as someone else noted in their review); and has what you need for pretty much doing nothing or serving as a launching pad for mountain exploration and adventure in Roosevelt National Forest or Rocky Mountain National Park. The chalet is as advertised and the reviews are accurate, with 5 stars deserved. There are hikes close by; it is close enough but far enough from civilization in Estes Park; and there is excellent nature watching. Was a little chilly for us for hiking, especially since we did not pack the right equipment, but we set our goals on relaxing and certainly achieved them. The hot tub was great. A couple deer pleasantly surprised us just as we got out. Lots of birds and more deer, including a pretty big buck with a nice rack. Debi told us there was a bobcat hanging around the day before we came, so you know you are in a good spot for nature. Saw some big horn sheep down in Estes on 34 / Wonderview / Fall River Road and had a nice brunch at Claire's in town. Bring some food, wine and bathing suits and you are set for a nice, relaxing and/or romantic getaway and do not even need to leave the property. Thanks for letting us use your place! A return trip will more than likely happen."
