"A perfect place for us. Everything about this home suited our needs. A great kitchen, nice and comfortable rooms, a nice backyard, a front porch that is a readers dream, an easy walk to town, a wonderful neighborhood, good hiking easily accessible, and old time charm. The owner of the home was helpful and friendly. We stayed a week, but would have been happy just staying!!! We hope to go back soon."

"This is a GREAT cabin and location! The cabin is secluded dispite having a few cabins near by. It is between Lyons, Allens Park and Estes Park, so after a little drive you can get to any of these locations. Snow capped mountains are just on the other side of the trees. The river runs strong just outside the cabin and is very peaceful to listen to. There were 4 adults and 2 teenagers for our stay and we had plenty of room. Great cabin that you won't be disappointed to stay at!"

"We chose Eagles Landing because it was large enough to accommodate a crowd, had beautiful views, and was near RMNP. The drive up the hill, thouigh, was a bit of a shock, especially the first time, and after arriving in one piece, we were not inclined to go back out, for the 15 minute drive into Town. As a result, we did mostly cook and eat in, the entire time we were there.
If the House sleeps 10, there could be a couple of larger pots.
A small food processor, like the B & D Handichopper, would be welcome.
The coffee maker was adequate, but small.
Instructions on making the televisions, with satellite channels, work, would be appreciated.
On the whole, though, a great vacation. Memorable."
