  • The best...

"Our family of 17, ranging in age from 2-75, thoroughly enjoyed our week at Rock Mountain Overlook. The house is not only beautiful but very specious...served our family well. We particularly enjoyed the awesome view from both inside the house as well as from the large deck and patio area. The location is perfect for easy access to town and the lake by either walking or biking, as some our family did. Our little ones enjoyed exploring, climbing the boulders around the house, and watching the chipmunks and hummingbirds. On our first morning there, three mule deer were spotted right outside our window. The owners were great to work with in the booking process and even called us the night before we left for Colorado assuring us they were available by phone at any time if we needed something or had questions. This truly is a great house for family gatherings and vacation relaxation. Thanks Chuck and Coleen!"

  • Thank you, we had a Great stay!!

"My husband and I had not been to Estes Park in 30 years and staying at Keno's Llama Ranch was like coming back home. Our Lake View condo was comfortable, clean and cozy. We had a great view of Mary's Lake and the surrounding mountains. Lee and Molly are wonderful hosts and do their very best to make you feel like home. Being able to see the elk and llama up close (even pet and feed them) is an amazing experience. I would definately recommend staying at Keno's to enjoy the Estes Park are and the Rocky Mtn. Natl. Park."

  • Delightful town, delightful lodgings

"We spent 10 days at this location, happily and comfortably. Clean and well-maintained. As-advertised in terms of location, appearance and amenities. Owner was communicative, cooperative, and not obtrusive. Use the list of nearby restaurants that the owner provides, and you can't go wrong. A great selection. Safeway is just down the street, if you want to cook for yourself. Great bike trails, parks, pubs, coffee shops, and attractive neighborhood. Parking on the street was never a problem. We could have skipped the car entirely, except for trips up into the Rockies, because everything needed is nearby."

  • Great Location

"This is a wonderful house to rent for your mountain vacation. This house was in a great location, just out of town and very close to the park entrance. It's at the end of a road and up a good distance so it's very private (even though there was a house next door). The views are fabulous and it was very peaceful sitting on the deck looking at the scenery. The house was very clean and spacious and had plenty of linens. The master bedroom was huge and comfortable. If upstairs gets too warm, go downstairs, it's much cooler. Temperature was comfortable for us but it wasn't that hot out. My hubby was pleased with the new pool table. I tried to figure out the TV downstairs to watch net flicks but couldn't get it too work Maybe better directions next to the TV would help. We did use the hot tub. It was just ok. It's small and some of the jets didn't work but it was clean and felt good after a long hike. There is a very nice sitting area right next to the hot tub just outside the master bedroom, great for reading a book and relaxing. My one complaint would be that it wasn't really stocked that well. It had plenty of dishes but could use some more pots and pans. It also didn't have very many condiments which most rental houses stock. We only cook breakfast so it wasn't a big deal for us. There is a grocery store at the end of the road so it you do need something you don't have to go too far. There is also a great restaurant for breakfast (The Other Side Restaurant) right next to the store. Overall this is a great rental and I highly recommend it. I would definitely stay here again if I am in this area."
