  • Fantastic Week in Boulder!

"We enjoyed a great week in Boulder while there for the Ironman race. We were able to walk to almost everything and were just a few blocks from the finish line. It made the experience a lot easier. Also, having the kitchen made it easy to have a breakfast and lunches there. Having a reserved parking space really helped. We parked and didn't worry. I was surprised to find how close we were to the mountains and beautiful hiking and sight seeing."

  • Awesome vacation

"We rented the Hideaway for a long weekend. We had a great time there. The "apartment" feels like a home. The views are magnificent...from the deck, from the front of the house, and from the 2 bedrooms (the views of the sunrise from the bedrooms is gorgeous!). Sitting out on the deck was the perfect spot for a glass of wine and looking into the clear nighttime skies (some of the best star-gazing ever). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hideaway. I highly recommend staying there if you want a quiet, natural habitat, comfortable and relaxing accommodations, to be away from town but still within 15-20 minutes of Boulder, and at the same time, being in your own "hideaway" in the mountains!"

  • inspiring retreat

"We had such a lovely time staying at this house. It felt like home from the moment we walked in. Our 2-yr old daughter loved looking at all the rocks/shells that the owners had collected. The setting felt very private and we loved sitting on the deck or in the hot tub that overlooked the aspen grove. An easy drive to Rollinsville and surrounding hikes- we'll be sure to remember this home for future retreats."

  • Experience of a Lifetime

"What a beautiful place that has all the comforts of home but with the rustic feel of a mountain lodge. Tim met us at the gate and led the way up the mountain (4-wheel drive recommended) to his home. This experience was enjoyed by the family and the beginning of our adventure at 9000 feet. The lodge was full of history which Tim was happy to share. We also enjoyed the amenities on the property; fire pit, hiking, outdoor shooting range, and the many other happening around which you can only experience by taking some time out of your everyday life and reserving a few days away at this location. We enjoyed sharing time with Tim and side kick “Hankster the Prankster” – Tim’s dog. We will stay here again sometime in the future and recommend for anyone wishing to live/feel the real Colorado mountain experience."
