  • Nice

"Very clean. Super easy to work with and very responsive to email questions. The refund of the damage deposit was in my account within days of checking out. I would stay again and recommend. Thanks!"

  • Great Cabin to Explore RMNP From

"This lovely cabin is a great location to be your base to explore RMNP and Estes Park. It's located on the west side of Estes Park on the road to one of the RMNP visitor centers and entry points. It is among a group of cabins located a few hundred feet from the Big Thompson river and there are chairs and a picnic table to sit back with your morning cup of coffee. My wife and I were there with our three year old and it was a perfect size cabin. The kitchen has a good assortment of appliances and utensils that would not limit your ability to cook anything. The cabin is kept very clean. This was our first trip to Estes Park and we look forward to returning and renting this same cabin."

  • Our family's stay in late July

"My husband and myself, along with our daughter, husband, and 5-month old baby stayed in this cabin in Estes Park for five nights in late July. With two families, we appreciated finding a spacious cabin with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We corresponded with the owner, Sherry, ahead of time, and she purchased and provided a Pack 'n' Play for the baby to sleep in. The living area is very spacious, and we found the kitchen stocked with everything we could ever need, even down to the mayo and heavy-duty aluminum foil! Previous guests had reported seeing lots of wildlife while sitting outside, or even from the windows, but since we had a new granddaughter to dote on, we didn't spend much time looking out the windows. In Rocky Mt. Nat. Park, however, we saw lots of elk and even a moose on the west side of the park. Ironically, we saw a huge elk in a yard where we turned in to the Twin Owls restaurant, which had elk on the menu! Our daughter & son-in-law loved the hike on nearby Lumpy Ridge up to a small lake--she said it was one of her favorite hikes ever. Although it was advertised as within walking distance of the town, it would be quite a walk, I thought."

  • Wonderful accommodation!

"Our group had a wonderful time at Fall River Lodge. 21 of us in all. It's location is on the edge of Estes Park town, but the quietness and beauty make you feel you are in the midst of nature. It's an easy drive into RMNP. The place was so clean and well maintained, the hot tub was a popular spot, but the great room was where we hung out when not dining or hiking. The owner couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I've rented a number of places in the area for my group and these owners were by far the easiest to work with. We are already planning on coming back next year."
