  • Incredible Place to Stay!!

"In a nutshell: Beautiful, right on the river, comfy, has everything you need. One of the best you will find in Estes Park. Details: We have stayed in many different places in Estes Park over the years, and this is definitely one of, if not the, favorite. The house is actually a duplex, but you would never know it since there is no issue with noise. The side you rent comes complete with a one car garage, a deck with comfy chairs (covered), bar table and chairs, and grill. There is also a double adirondack chair overlooking the river. The river itself is about 10 steps from the covered deck. One small negative is that Highway 66 is across the river, but the trees have grown up and provide a barrier. You do hear some road noise, but the sound of the river does a lot to overcome it. One of the great things about the unit is that it is on the end of the street, which means it is more secluded. There are three bedrooms and three baths upstairs. Two of the baths have showers only and are connected to the bedroom. The third has a tub and is accessed from the hall. All the bedrooms have their own TV, and the master bathroom has a TV as well. The downstairs is roomy with plenty of seating in the living and dining rooms. The TV boasts a powerful speaker system if you know how to use it. One of the biggest things I loved about this place, is they provide so many of the things you need - not just the basics: laundry detergent, bounce sheets, blow dryer, flat iron, coffee, sugar and artificial sweeteners, flour, brown sugar, spices galore, oil (olive and corn), syrup, heavy duty foil, Saran Wrap, small resealable sandwich bags, and so much more. There is bird seed in the laundry closet and a recipe for hummingbird food (ingredients provided). The kitchen is very generously stocked with pots, pans, etc. - you will find almost everything you could possibly need. The house is beautiful inside, there is plenty of extra bedding, and lots of room for everyone. The managers, Lloyd and Donna, are so nice, easy to work with, and quick to meet any needs you may have. I just can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. You will love it!"

  • Great Location for Ironman Boulder!

"We never been to Boulder before. We decided to do Ironman Boulder. From the beginning Tenille was great to work with. She either called or emailed me right away. When we arrived the place was very cleaned and she had everything! You do not need hair dryers, aloe, towels, or even condiments. She has everything well stocked... You can walk to restaurants and bars all on Pearl street. It was fabulous. Also, we were just a couple blocks from the high school and the finish line of the ironman. BEST LOCATION!!!!!! The place is great for 4 people. (6 if your not all competing) We had five and four of us were doing the race. It got a little tight with all our bikes and gear but it worked out. Again, you can't beat the location!! The beds were all comfortable as well! If your going to Boulder and you don't want to stay in a hotel, stay here! We will be back!"

  • Perfect Vacation Home

"This was our 2nd vacation in this beautiful home and I hope there are many more! Everything was perfect! We had ample room for a family of 6..... Grandparents, parents, and a 2 & 4 year old. The kids loved the bunk beds and everyone appreciated having their own bedroom & bathroom. However, not only was the house comfortable, but it was also beautifully decorated. Thanks again for being so easy to work with!"

  • Wpnderful Property

"I recently visited Estes Park and stayed at this beautiful home with a total of 7 adults. There was plenty of room for everyone. Rocky Point is beautifully decorated, super clean, and extemely accomodating. The kitchen was stocked with essentials to aid in preparing meals in the kitchen, and having a washer and dryer is a big plus too! The home is conveniently located to Rocky Mountain National Park, downtown shopping, and multiple restaurants. The only disappointment you will experience is when you have to pack up and leave!"

Front Range Vacation Homes Are a Skier's Paradise

Front Range vacation homes located in St. Mary's Glacier are located right in the thick of a skier's paradise. The town is home to less than 500 permanent, year round residents, making the main economy of the town based on tourism. Many of the rental properties are cabins located at the base of mountains, not far from skiing lodges. The properties have lake views, mountain views, and some of them even have hot tubs indoors and outdoors for you to relax in after a long day of skiing. Not only can you ski when visiting St. Mary's Glacier but you can also hunt if that is one of your hobbies. Deer hunting is popular and wildlife viewing is fun if hunting is not for you. There are local wildlife refuges and state parks, like Kings Canyon National Park, that will peek your interest.
