  • Our Family Wedding Gathering

"What a memorable 5 days! The weather was beautiful and after days filled with Boulder adventures, our family from Texas, Rhode Island,Georgia, Wisconsin and Virginia settled into your fabulous home. It was so spacious and had everything we needed for a family gathering. The creek is charming and yard inviting. We sat on the back deck at night and played cards! We will remember our stay- it was a wonderful complement to our son's (and new daughter's) terrific Boulder wedding!"

  • Great anniversary celebration and reunion

"Our children arranged for this vacation with the owner, and 17 family members arrived to help my husband and me celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. Our children are from Nebraska, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania, and grandchildren are from California, Texas, Washington, DC, and Georgia. Two great grandchildren were there, too. It was a perfect family reunion, and several grandchildren had never met. The Great Room provided space for everyone to eat, watch TV, and play games. The balcony was our favorite place to stay. We love your website and copied some of the photographs. The family insisted that we have the master suite, and we felt like royalty - such elegant bedding and linens. Everyone had a comfortable bed, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need to prepare several meals. Everything was in perfect condition, and we found whatever we needed by pulling out a drawer or opening a cabinet door. We went to Rocky Mountain National Park several times and enjoyed hiking for many miles. The downtown area was fun for shoppers and geocachers. Elk were at the wildlife viewing area at the park and in the back and side yards of the home. They were favorites of all the photographers. We saw a perfect rainbow late one afternoon and photographed it. We enjoyed the hot tub and playing some of the games. Our family members all live a long ways from Estes Park, but I would certainly recommend it to anyone who is heading in that direction. It was a fantastic vacation for four generations."

  • Excellent choice in Estes Park!

"We loved Trail Ridge cabin! We were in Estes Park for our anniversary and the cabin had everything we needed. We spent most days hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park and the cabins close proximity to the park entrance was perfect. We enjoyed watching the deer and chipmunks all around the cabin and taking in the spectacular views. It was cozy and comfortable all week, especially when we had a rainy afternoon. We spent it watching movies on the excellent TV in the living room. Very clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay there again!"

  • Wonderful Wedding Venue!

"The Overlook Ranch provided a perfect setting for families of the bride and groom to get together and share in the preparations and celebration of our daughter's wedding. 24 of us stayed in the lodge and the two sleeping cabins and were able to prepare our meals and eat together in the spacious dining facilities in the lodge. Blessed with beautiful Colorado sunshine for the week, we enjoyed playing horseshoes, disc golf, corn hole and the proximity to hiking and biking in the area. Loved the gorgeous views from the property and access to chairs and tables and other items for the rehearsal dinner and wedding/reception. The Overlook Ranch blends rustic mountain ambiance with modern comforts (good beds and plenty of hot water!)."
