  • Beautiful, Peaceful, Fun!

"We thought our destination was Rocky Mountain National Park, and that Greenbrook would be a nice place to stay. We found out our destination was Greenbrook, and RMNP was a nice side trip. The cabin is comfortable and beautiful, full of surprises and lovely furnishings. We spent a lot of time on the front porch watching the squirrels and birds play and the wind stirring the aspens and singing in the pines. There is also a pretty little creek that flows along beside the property which murmurs prettily. It was hard to say goodbye when it was time to go. p.s. We also recommend the riding stable in Allenspark."

  • Charming getaway

"My family loved this cabin. We have a two year old and four year old. We ate our meals on the deck overlooking the mountains on the days where it was warm enough. The days when it was cold we lit the wood stove and relaxed by the fire. Rocky Mountain National Park is about a 30 minute drive. Close by we hiked part of Crosier Mountain. We also walked the dirt roads around the cabin since there was hardly any traffic. There is also a ranger access road nearby where we enjoyed walking. The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked. There were even spices in the cabinets. Overall my family was very impressed with this place and hope to come back someday."

  • Spacious and well-equipped with welcoming holiday touches

"We thoroughly enjoyed our December holiday in this cozy yet spacious Victorian house in Georgetown! From the moment we arrived at the property we felt at home. We were greeted by welcoming holiday decorations on the front door and throughout the house. And we were so pleased to see just how close we were to the town center with a very short walk (about 4 minutes). This property was well-equipped and very comfortable for our family of 8 adults and one toddler… four bedrooms (one downstairs and 3 upstairs) with plenty of pillows and linens… two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) with lots of towels… a great kitchen with a wonderful island to prepare food or just sit around and the six-burner gas stove and oven along with an ample supply of pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware and utensils… a dining area that easily accommodated our entire family… and a marvelous living area where we watched TV and played games very comfortably with two sofas and a chair. The community of Georgetown had everything we needed… restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, candy shop, churches, old Victorian homes, library, grocery store near the Shell station, plenty of holiday lights and beautifully decorated shop windows, and even free ice skating on the ball field near Town Park with free ice skates in “the barrel”. The weather cooperated and gave us a picturesque snowfall! Our family also went to Loveland Ski Resort which was about a 20 minute drive west on Interstate 70. The skiing was excellent… great snow, no lines, good prices, helpful staff, and good food. We highly recommend this vacation rental. Overall, one of our best vacations ever!"
