  • So Happy You Are Back!

"This was our third visit to Brandie and Joel's Top Floor apartment of their Boulder Victorian Cottage and it continues to charm us both! ( the first time was 2009~review October 21, 2009) My husband and I come to Boulder to visit our son and to enjoy what the area has to offer. We still find that the location of this cozy(clean and well-maintained) apt. is prime~within walking and driving distance to the many activities, attractions and restaurants. This trip we discovered THE BUFF(Canyon Road & Folsom) for a hearty breakfast, and the best French Onion Soup at The Hungary Toad on Halloween night, while The Gold Hill Inn still remains a favorite for dinner....just a sweet ride up the mountain a bit! Our location also allowed us to walk to the CU stadium and enjoy the football game and antics of Ralphie, the real live buffalo mascot of the University! Still recommend? Absolutely!!! The Boulder Victorian is THE place to hang your hat( and your body at the end of the day as the bed is very comfortable!!!) and to enjoy all that it has to offer. Great owners who are available and ready to help should the need parking behind the apt or a parking hang-tag to use to park on the street... And yay! the weather gods were very good to us as the weather was perfect for the autumn and Halloween season....Thanks Brandie and Joel!!!! Hope to see you again.....very soon!!!!!! :) We will be back!!!!"

  • WOW!

"10 adults - 7 children - an amazing week. My wife and I took our 4 kids, their spouses and the 7 Grandkids, newborn to 5 to the mountains. The house was perfect for us. Lots of room for everyone. Kitchen was great for all the cooking we did. A bedroom for each family was wonderful, and they are spacious with mountain views in each. The dining room easily accommodated all of us. The great room was perfect for hanging out and seeing mountains in every direction. The room in the downstairs was a great area for the kids to play. The pool was the perfect size for all of us to have fun. The library is also a great place to hang out and catch up. Obviously Rocky Mountain National Park was fabulous. And if you want to learn to fly fish I recommend Kirk's Fly Shop in Estes Park. All in all the experience in the house was perfect. It is close to everything you need or want to do. I would not change a thing."

  • Lovely duplex

"My husband and two little daughters stayed at the lovely duplex in September and found the property outstanding. The rooms were comfortable and stylishly decorated. The kitchen had every utensil you might need including coffee maker with coffee refils. Some basic condiments were available, as well as basic toiletries. This was way better than staying in a hotel. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. I would love to come back and stay there again. We ended up driving everywhere, but there was plenty of places accessible on foot."
