  • Beautiful and user friendly

"Our family of 8 adults recently stayed in this home and found it to be beautiful and spacious; exceeding our expectations. It's in an excellent area of Boulder with an easy walk to Pearl Street, but we found that we wanted to spend time in this home since it was so nice and comfortable. The kitchen and dining areas were perfect for our large group to cook and share a meal together. There was a hot tub which we enjoyed very much and many lovely areas to hang out outside. Our family has visited Boulder many times in the past 5 years to see son #2, and this was by far the most comfortable we have been. There were even fresh cut flowers upon our arrival which was a classy touch!"

  • Wonderful holiday in the Rocky Mountains

"My wife and I stayed in the condo for a week. The property was very clean and well equipped having everything you need for your stay. The views of the mountain tops from the front bedroom were stunning. The development was very quiet and peaceful, perfect. We went to the Rocky Mountain National Park several days and drove the Trail Ridge Road twice up into the snow line, what a great experience. We saw a couple of elk crossing the road in front of us and 2 herds in the distant meadows. The best wildlife viewing was in Estes Park firstly by Safeway and secondly by the school on the 36 out of town. We had a great time and can completely recommend the condo."

  • Family Tradition in the Making

"Our extended family (five adults and four children) stayed at the cabin during Spring Break in 2013. It exceeded our expectations and was a perfect getaway. We all keep talking about it and how much fun we had. So much so that we are getting ready to book it again for this upcoming Spring Break and will be bringing our family's new addition, too. The kitchen was a delight to cook in and very well stocked. We ended up eating all but two meals at home - quite a feat when you are feeding nine people. The hot tub was great for kids and couples (the little ones still talk about how fun the hot "pub" was!). The view was spectacular, but we were close enough to walk to downtown (great for an early morning run). The layout really worked well for our family giving everyone their own space when needed but big enough so we could all be together, too (again not easy for nine people). Having two family rooms and two floors of space was helpful. There wasn't a room in the cabin or feature of the property that wasn't well thought out and useful from the laundry room to the tire swing. The owners went above and beyond. We ended up getting snowed in our last day, and they helped us find another great cabin as ours was booked that night. All-in-all, I would highly recommend this cabin, just don't book our Spring Break spot because our family plans on being here again and again!"

  • Charming Cabin

"We were totally pleased with the cabin. It was charming and close to downtown, plus a view of the Stanley Hotel. It was nice to have a kitchen and eating area and a laundry room. It was small but met our needs and was very well maintained. We would definitely recommend it without reservation. Our only regret: we were too busy to use the hot tub. 1 bedroom with a pull out sofa so accommodated 3 in our party. As with most sofa beds it was not the most comfy but certainly sleepable. The bed was very comfortable."
