Immaculately clean, well-appointed apartment in a great location.
"This property makes a great home base for seeing Boulder on foot. Pearl Street and all kinds of great restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. If you do have a car, the off street parking is extremely convenient.
The kitchen is well-appointed with most basic cookwear/table settings, as well as drip, French press, and K-cup coffee brewers, as well as coffee for all the coffee drinkers out there! A tea kettle and tea selection were also available.
All parts of the property were extremely clean and well cared for. I'd highly recommend this clean, quaint, comfortable apartment to anyone wanting a to enjoy what downtown has to offer, or as a launching point for a mountain getaway!
Booking with the owner was very easy, and he was very accessible. He left a detailed information sheet for us to see when we checked in, which was extremely helpful."

"From my first contact with Jan & Carolyn I knew this was the place for our trip to Estes Park. It was the ideal location for our family vacation! This beautiful house is far enough out of town to really enjoy the mountain views, yet close enough that it is no trouble to visit the main street shopping areas or the many restaurants. The details in the decorating were perfect and the food items to get us started were a pleasant surprise. Jan & Carolyn have provided all the amenities that you would need for just about anything that you could plan to do. They were close by and available to answer any questions, yet never intrusive. We appreciated their recommendations to help make our vacation a memorable one. Fjellheim really felt like a home away from home. It is definitely at the top of our list for vacation rental properties and we all agreed we would love to stay here on our next visit to RMNP. Thanks for a wonderful week!"

"I selected this property in part for its proximity to the YMCA, and its competitive pricing. Highlights: Denise is very responsive and accessible, which was great, considering this was my first visit to the area. The cabin is fully stocked with amenities--toiletry items, linens, more towels than you could use in a month, blowdryer, etc. I was surprised and delighted to discover all these things to be so readily available. Clear arrival and departure instructions were very helpful. The Dunraven Inn right down the road is handy and tasty for dinner and a glass of wine! Drawbacks: The low-flow toilet. If you have to flush three times, it kind of defeats the environmental purpose when one powerful flush would do the job, right? (And I swear I use the TP sparingly!) All in all, this place is adorable and charming and I would definitely stay there again. I am sad that time constraints prevented me from taking advantage of the deck and yard, which were big selling points when I booked."

"Home was clean which is always nice to find. Plenty of room to be comfortable. The furnishings were very comfortable & homey. Beds were comfortable as well. More than adequate kitchen & equipment. The garage play area was very nice & creative. However the windows were very dirty & spoiled the views & feel of the home. We couldn't open most of the windows as there were no screens on them. The owners should really repair the screen on the front living area instead of putting a sign not to use it! One more thing - I don't understand having a nice home like this & letting the yard dry up with weeds taller than the bushes, that are dying. & there is a sprinkler system in place! That is soooo sad. Weeds are growing out of the concrete steps, over a foot high. When my cousin arrived she thought they were at the wrong house as it looks disserted. Such a shame for such a nice home. We enjoyed our stay other than the ourward appearance & the dirty windows."
