Amazing house in amazing location!
"I stayed with my girlfriend for three nights for a mini-vacation, and loved this house! We're a couple in our 30s, and appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, but liked that it was less than a mile to bustling Pearl Street.
The house was spotless, modern, and comfortable. You can walk to great hiking trails from the house, there is a theater room, and a very large master bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub. We slept great every night.
It was hard to leave, and I would definitely stay here again on any future Boulder trips!"

"We drove up from Castle Rock, Colorado after visiting with my Sister and her family for a few days and were stunned by the beauty of this mountain home..Restful, relaxing, nicely appointed and well planned are the words we would use to describe this place we called home for a few days. Convenient to town and really convenient to one of the main gates of the Rocky Mountain National Park. The Stanley Hotel was on our to do list and we had a wonderful time there and afterwords we found our way down to Lake Estes where a couple of herds of elk were wandering about. When we returned to the cabin there was evidence that the elk had visited our driveway..Later on we were enjoying the hot tub on the back deck when a group of mule deer strolled by within arms reach of the back deck..This for us is what we came here for..Nature at its best and our thanks and sincere appreciation go out to the owners, Ed and Shayne, for providing such a wonderful place as this for the enjoyment of others. We hope to return again some day soon.."

"This cabin was perfect for our family of five. We could hardly get the kids out of the loft. The loft had very low ceilings, so I wouldn't recommend adults try to sleep there. The bathroom was also tiny, but worked ok for us. Overall, this cabin has a lot of space. The location cannot be beat...only 5 minutes to RMNP entrance and 5 minutes to Estes Park, and felt very private, with neighbors nearby, but not extremely close. I loved browsing the book collection and the board games that I recognized from my childhood. We were delighted to wake up one morning and look out the windows to discover we were surrounded on three sides by a herd of grazing elk! They remained there most of the day...we left for a hike and came back that afternoon to find them still hanging out. The wi-fi worked perfectly. There is no A/C and it did get hot during the day, but there were several box fans that we were able to use to improve the temperature. I did a lot of research for this trip...I'm pretty sure I priced every hotel and cabin in the area and this is a great deal for what you get!"

"Our family (two parents, two teenagers) had a great stay at Boulder Cottage. The location was terrific, and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. The owner made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend it!"
