"The room was perfect! Vey clean and in great condition. Compared to other rooms we have stayed at in River Run, VERY good condition with all the comforts of home. Though the living room was a bit small, it was perfect for my daughter to sleep on. Since the room is at the end of the hallway, it was very quiet. The bathroom and bedroom were very spacious. I woud recommend this property for everyone, it was great!"

  • The perfect ski trip - the perfect ski house

"35 inches of snow the weekend before we arrived made the skiing one of the best we had experienced. It was our first trip to the Aspen/Snowmass area and we wanted to ski all of the area resorts, so instead of finding the usual “ski-in ski-out” condo, we looked for a local ski house for our base. I was attracted to the house by the photos on the website, and by the price. I contacted the owner and was impressed with how friendly and helpful he was. Based on the correspondence we decided to book the house for the week. Everything was perfect. The house was everything the photos show it to be. The location was great – in a quiet hillside neighborhood with a wonderful view of the valley and mountains. Two of our mornings the sky was clear so we had beautiful sunrises (most of the windows of the house face east, so you can’t miss the sunrises). It is barely a 2 mile drive to the Snowmass village, and about an 8 mile drive to the Aspen area resorts, so the drive was short. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill which would be a bit of a walk, but do-able. The owner provided a parking permit for the Snowmass Village parking area which was very nice. The kitchen was just like home, and well apportioned. If you like to cook you will find every gadget, measuring device, bowl, pot, pan, knife (about 30 knives sticking out of 2 wooden knife holders), turners, whiskers, that you could possibly want. The pantry was much better stocked than we have experienced at any of the condos we have rented – check to see what’s there before making the shopping trip. The house and bedrooms have a roomy and comfortable feel. The water heater in the laundry room is the biggest I have ever seen – there was plenty of water for each of us to have a nice hot shower after a day of skiing. And the electric blanket on each bed was a very nice touch. The house has wireless internet, and none of us had any trouble with phone reception. I had thought this trip to the Aspen area would be a once only trip but I loved the skiing (particularly the Highlands) and the ski house was fantastic, so now a return trip is definitely a possibility."

  • So close to everything, will be staying again!

"This place is in a great location in center village. The place is huge and the balcony was even better, with a view of the mountain and a view of the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped, we cooked Thanksgiving dinner and almost anything you could need was supplied in the kitchen. Really happy with our stay... oh yea, and the fireplace!"

  • Amazing weekend!

"Our stay at Crystal Peak's lodge in Cindy's condo was a amazing! First, leading up to the stay, Cindy was great to work with and VERY responsive. Once we arrived at the condo, the location and condo were perfect! Great location on Peak 7 and very clean. You can tell they take pride in their rental as everything was very high end from the kitchen essentials to decor. Easy access to One Ski Hill for use of the bowling alley and pools made it very easy with a kid as well as Grand Lodge had onsite restaurant. We felt spoiled with the ski in/out and everything RIGHT there! We took the Gondola twice to downtown and the eas of amentities of shuttles to get back was wonderful. There was 5 adults and 1 toddler and we did not feel crowded. Plenty of space. Highly recommend!"
