"4 guys stayed here for a ski vacation. The location is very convenient via short walk to the shuttle which takes you to Snowmass and other mountains, and is very convenient to Aspen overall. The pictures online are representative of the condo. The two bathrooms and the kitchen are updated, and nice. There is free firewood near the entrance to the complex which was handy. Internet worked well. The community pool and hot tub are pretty dated and need some repairs/updates, but overall we felt the condo was a good value and met our needs."

"I've traveled all over the world stayed in many places and this is by far top ten for me. Terry Butler the owner is not only well traveled but you can be sure that she and her staff will make you feel right at home in this magical place. Each room has it's own theme and I've had the privilege to spend time in three of the rooms. The Ralph Lauren Suite, the Raj Suite and and the Crimson suite. I'm just so thankful that I found this place. The rooms are each immaculate. Your right in the center of town, a block away from everything. I had an accident and was injured, and was treated with so much care. They even organized the chair that goes up and down the stairs for me after surgery. I have only good things to say about Terry Butler and her establishment. If you stay here, you'll only want to come back again and again. Thank you Terry for everything."

"I agree with almost everything Matt B. said, which is great as it saves me a lot of writing. The bottom line is, this is just about the best location possible in Aspen, right above the Grand Hyatt, only 2 small blocks to the lifts and the center of town. You know when you see a great price like this, there must be a reason, and that reason is the lack of daylight. I decided that since we would be out enjoying Aspen during the day anyway, it didn't matter that it wouldn't be sunny in the unit. A couple of things I will add: more than not having natural sunlight, you can barely see outside at all. The window in the bedroom is below ground and under an overhang, so you can see only a sliver of sky. The other window is the framed glass front door, and it's the same story there. The hallway to enter the unit is also very narrow. However, there are plenty of lights and all are dimmers which is nice. The shower was better lit and not as small as it appeared in the photos. Plenty of washcloths and lots of towels, plus there are towels provided at the hot tub/pool, which are lovely. Plenty of storage for clothing. We could still hear the people walking upstairs, but it didn't bother us too much. Overall, a very comfortable space for two people, and a great location at a good price."

"The condo worked great for a guys 50th b'day ski weekend. Plenty of room for six, great views from the top floor, 5 mt walk to lift and nearly ski back to the front door after a snowfall. Close enough to down-town so you can walk for an evening out and not worry about the car/driving. Owner was very responsive during planning of the trip."
