"I agree with almost everything Matt B. said, which is great as it saves me a lot of writing. The bottom line is, this is just about the best location possible in Aspen, right above the Grand Hyatt, only 2 small blocks to the lifts and the center of town. You know when you see a great price like this, there must be a reason, and that reason is the lack of daylight. I decided that since we would be out enjoying Aspen during the day anyway, it didn't matter that it wouldn't be sunny in the unit. A couple of things I will add: more than not having natural sunlight, you can barely see outside at all. The window in the bedroom is below ground and under an overhang, so you can see only a sliver of sky. The other window is the framed glass front door, and it's the same story there. The hallway to enter the unit is also very narrow. However, there are plenty of lights and all are dimmers which is nice. The shower was better lit and not as small as it appeared in the photos. Plenty of washcloths and lots of towels, plus there are towels provided at the hot tub/pool, which are lovely. Plenty of storage for clothing. We could still hear the people walking upstairs, but it didn't bother us too much. Overall, a very comfortable space for two people, and a great location at a good price."

"We were a party of eight staying for fly fishing & golf. Place was well kept. Hot tub, hammock, nice back yard. Conveniently located 2 miles from Aspen Golf Course. Property manager was very nice. No complaints."

"The condo is beautiful and spacious, and the high ceilings and great view make it have a very open feel. The location was perfect for us - a short and enjoyable walk to some great restaurants on Hopkins and the free shuttle to the ski areas just outside the door. It was a really comfortable place to relax in front of the fireplace after a day of skiing. We enjoyed a snowstorm our second day there. The complex's property manager had the snow shoveled and cleaned off the stairs by the time we were leaving to ski that morning. The owner is so responsive and made planning our trip very easy. I wish I could have stayed longer!"

"We have stayed here the past few years during the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen. The condo is located right downtown, which makes it easy for anyone to make a quick stop at the condo if they forget something. Just about everything is walking distance from the condo. The owners are easy to work with and make sure you have a wonderful stay."
