"We have stayed at The Residence many times over the years. The decor is fabulous. We feel like we are coming back home each time because guests are treated like family. It is cozy, romantic, in a perfect location, and even extremely dog friendly. I couldn't imagine staying anyplace else!"

"We stayed 5 nights, and had a wonderful experience. The location in the downtown core was very quiet, yet extremely convenient to dining, shopping and the ski bus just one block away. Amenities were excellent, good water pressure, and the condo is very, very clean. The balcony overlooking the small park, also having a view in the other direction toward Ajax, was lovely. Being able to see the upper sections of the mountain through the south picture windows at the top of the living room wall was a treat as well. Having plenty of windows that open easily for fresh air was also a bonus. The heating system worked well, and was easily tuned. Highly recommended!"

"We absolutely had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It had the most magnificent views ever. If you are looking for a home to relax in and enjoy nature, this is it. The house was more than comfortable. The kitchen very well equipped. Our family of four had more than ample room. Very cozy family room with fireplace. The location was great for us. It is 15 minutes to Aspen or Snowmass which are both fun places to visit and hang out. Steve was a wonderful and helpful host. He is a plethora of information. We look forward to coming back in the summer sometime. Great memories and highly recommend this home to everyone."

"I agree with almost everything Matt B. said, which is great as it saves me a lot of writing. The bottom line is, this is just about the best location possible in Aspen, right above the Grand Hyatt, only 2 small blocks to the lifts and the center of town. You know when you see a great price like this, there must be a reason, and that reason is the lack of daylight. I decided that since we would be out enjoying Aspen during the day anyway, it didn't matter that it wouldn't be sunny in the unit. A couple of things I will add: more than not having natural sunlight, you can barely see outside at all. The window in the bedroom is below ground and under an overhang, so you can see only a sliver of sky. The other window is the framed glass front door, and it's the same story there. The hallway to enter the unit is also very narrow. However, there are plenty of lights and all are dimmers which is nice. The shower was better lit and not as small as it appeared in the photos. Plenty of washcloths and lots of towels, plus there are towels provided at the hot tub/pool, which are lovely. Plenty of storage for clothing. We could still hear the people walking upstairs, but it didn't bother us too much. Overall, a very comfortable space for two people, and a great location at a good price."
