  • Great condo at a great price!! In Aspen no less!

"If you've been to Aspen, you know parking is a hassle. Parking comes with this place, but you can walk to anywhere in downtown Aspen in minutes from the condo. There is a grocery store with very reasonable prices about 2.5 blocks from the condo. If you are eating out, every decent place to eat is within a 3-10 minute walk. The place is very nice with very nice appliances. Very nice to open the sliding door and hear the roaring fork all day/night. Terry (owner) was always available if we had questions and very prompt with a response. Hope we have the opportunity to go back and stay in this place again."

  • Great location, amenities, and service!

"Beautiful condo with great access to all the downtown bars and restaurants. Ideally suited for a medium sized group looking for a great ski-in, ski-out location while still providing proximity to downtown Aspen. Ian was a terrific host and provided some excellent recommendations for me and my group."

  • Great Condo for Skiers

"Rented for 2 weeks in Feb with my wife, 2 sons & their friend. Well located condo, easy walk to Gondola, town & bus station. No need for a car but there is a parking spot right outside. Very comfortable, quality condo nicely remodelled with a nice light feel and some views over roof tops towards town. Everything works, very homey feel with plenty of glassware, crockery etc and very well equipped to eat in if desired. Owner excellent to deal with."

  • Fantastic mountain getaway

"We had wonderful stay at Chateau Roaring Fork. The unit layout is perfect for a family with young kids. Everything is on one level and the bedrooms are far enough away from the main room so kids won't easily wake up if adults stay up late. My favorite thing about the unit was the outdoor patio space which had a beautiful mountain view. The patio is on the backside of the building facing a residential street (cul-de-sac) so it is very quiet and feels secluded even though it is actually quite close to the town center. The location was perfect- easy walking distance to the grocery store, shopping, gondolas. The pool was a great amenity for the kids too. I would absolutely stay here again."
