  • R & D

"The condo was especially clean and comfortable. The location is great to downtown and within walking distance to the grocery. Everything thing we needed was there. I recommend this unit and will try to use it the next time I come to town."

  • Bachelor Weekend

"Stayed in Brian's place with my brothers and a few friends for my brother Luke's bachelor party. Aspen is a great place obviously to catch some amazing pow, and take a few days to ride the slopes. Not the absolute best for chasing girls, lol, but as far as the rental it was great. No real complaints here, everything was as expected, the patio on the back was really refreshing, literally over the creek in the back. Hadn't seen much of a set-up like that before. We didn't have a car so we ended up walking most places. The grocery store is close, maybe 3 blocks so you should be good in that respect. Make sure you take day off to do the snowmobiling tour in Aspen, it's really on point. Only complaint would be that the door to the public hot-tub was locked late night (it's surrounded by a gate), and that's usually when I like to go. Catch it earlier I guess if you want to use it!"

  • Fantastic mountain getaway

"We had wonderful stay at Chateau Roaring Fork. The unit layout is perfect for a family with young kids. Everything is on one level and the bedrooms are far enough away from the main room so kids won't easily wake up if adults stay up late. My favorite thing about the unit was the outdoor patio space which had a beautiful mountain view. The patio is on the backside of the building facing a residential street (cul-de-sac) so it is very quiet and feels secluded even though it is actually quite close to the town center. The location was perfect- easy walking distance to the grocery store, shopping, gondolas. The pool was a great amenity for the kids too. I would absolutely stay here again."

  • Great condo at a great price!! In Aspen no less!

"If you've been to Aspen, you know parking is a hassle. Parking comes with this place, but you can walk to anywhere in downtown Aspen in minutes from the condo. There is a grocery store with very reasonable prices about 2.5 blocks from the condo. If you are eating out, every decent place to eat is within a 3-10 minute walk. The place is very nice with very nice appliances. Very nice to open the sliding door and hear the roaring fork all day/night. Terry (owner) was always available if we had questions and very prompt with a response. Hope we have the opportunity to go back and stay in this place again."
