"This is a nice condo, walking distance to the Gondola and town with a great outdoor pool and hot tub area. We had some issues with the second bathroom and barking dogs next door and below us, but the management company handled our complaints quickly. If you're looking for luxury this is not for you, however this condo gets the job done at a reasonable price (for Aspen). We had a great vacation!"

"Our family had a terrific stay at this house. It is situated in a beautiful spot with fabulous vistas, (including one afternoon the most stunning rainbow we'd ever seen.) The interior is lovely with gracious, clean rooms, comfortable beds and more than ample closet space. The master bedroom is incredibly inviting, as are the other bedrooms. We enjoyed using the grill and relaxing in the kitchen. Well situated for those who want to enjoy all that the town of Aspen offers but also the natural beauty nearby. The owners are warm and easy going. We'd love to come back."

Aspen Vacation Rentals - We Had an Amazing Stay at this Private Home
"We stayed a whole week in this luxury Aspen Vacation rentals house near Aspen downtown core..... The 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bath rooms were more than enough for both families and our kids. It had a small theater room and play room with a card table and pool table, and the jacuzzi in the back yard was also perfect for house."

"I agree with almost everything Matt B. said, which is great as it saves me a lot of writing. The bottom line is, this is just about the best location possible in Aspen, right above the Grand Hyatt, only 2 small blocks to the lifts and the center of town. You know when you see a great price like this, there must be a reason, and that reason is the lack of daylight. I decided that since we would be out enjoying Aspen during the day anyway, it didn't matter that it wouldn't be sunny in the unit. A couple of things I will add: more than not having natural sunlight, you can barely see outside at all. The window in the bedroom is below ground and under an overhang, so you can see only a sliver of sky. The other window is the framed glass front door, and it's the same story there. The hallway to enter the unit is also very narrow. However, there are plenty of lights and all are dimmers which is nice. The shower was better lit and not as small as it appeared in the photos. Plenty of washcloths and lots of towels, plus there are towels provided at the hot tub/pool, which are lovely. Plenty of storage for clothing. We could still hear the people walking upstairs, but it didn't bother us too much. Overall, a very comfortable space for two people, and a great location at a good price."
