  • Perfect for family ski week.

"My family (ages 15 and up) stayed here over the New Year holiday. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is an easy walk to town and the Snowmass bus-stop. It is a very comfortable house with a pleasant wood-burning fireplace on the main floor. It has plenty of space, and very much met our needs for a family ski week."

  • Excellent accomodations

"Excellent accommodations. Has everything you need. Fridge, Stove, Pots and pans, TV etc.(even a 1980's Monopoly!) Bathrooms good in size. I wouldn't know about the beds since I slept on the sofa bed located at the living room, though my friends did not complain bout' the beds. Very close to gondola, 1 block away from supermarket (big plus right there), and in general has a very centric location. No noisy neighbors and friendly community overall. Highly recommended for those seeking a good condo with a budget and excellent location. Definitely will consider staying here on my next trip to Aspen. Cheers!"

  • Great location, peaceful but a mile to town

"Such a beautiful location w/ lots of light & views of the surrounding mtns. Just minutes to fabulous hiking, restaurants, shopping, biking, anything you can ask for. Nothing better than sitting outside on the patio with a cup of coffee to plan your day!"

  • Super home so close to downtown Aspen

"This is our 4th time to stay in this home and we'll be back again soon. The accommodations are very comfortable with everything you need for perfect family get away. We spend a lot of our time out on the huge outdoor patio just taking in the sights and smells of mountains. And when we want to venture into town, it's about a 15 minute walk or short shuttle ride. Love this place!"

Hyatt Grand Aspen Travel Tips

Renting Grand Aspen Ski Condos

Aspen vacation rentals can easily be found close to downtown Aspen, so you and your family can have quick access to Aspen's world-class shopping and dining. Consider the advantages of renting one of the Grand Aspen ski condos or other Grand Aspen lodging: more space, a kitchen to prepare meals, and more bathrooms. And think of how much better the kids will get along if each of them has a little more room to spread out? So as you're planning your next trip to Aspen, be sure to check out the vacation rental options. To make your stay in Aspen more fun, here are some ideas for off-the-mountain activities.

Tempting Aspen Dining

Grand Aspen ski condos are close to lots of interesting options for lunch and dinner. For a family-friendly lunch spot, try The Big Wrap on East Durant Ave. The menu has some interesting wraps and smoothies, like the Pilgrim: a wrap filled with turkey, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, and gravy. Or, try the Babs-e-que, which features corn, chipotle, steak, and mashed potatoes. The smoothies are some of the best in town, and they'll even make you your own custom smoothie if you don't see any menu options that you like.

Aspen Watering Holes

If you're in the mood for some apres-ski, Aspen has plenty of options to quench your thirst that are close to Grand Aspen lodging. Eric's Bar, on East Hyman Ave., has a fun crowd comprised mostly of 20 and 30 somethings. There's even a cigar bar area and a great billiard room. It's definitely the place to see and be seen at night in Aspen. Or, for some authentic Aspen ambiance, try J Bar on East Main St. It has a classic, old-time feel and a comfortable atmosphere -- the perfect place to meet a friend for a casual drink or two.
