  • Fabulous Townhome

"We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this lovely comfortable home! The views are incredible as you enter this spacious & open townhome. The décor and furnishing reflect the owners love of travel and make you feel right at home! You are ideally located with access to town, but you are tucked away in a quiet setting. We would book another stay anytime. Enjoy!"

  • Perfect location in downtown Aspen

"Ten of us, all longtime friends sought comfortable accomodation which included good space for meals and fellowship while attending the Aspen Music Festival. We found this at Dolomite 10 which was acccurately presented, most comfortable and quiet for sleeping. Add to that the location which was convenient to downtown shops and restaurants, and we could walk to most locations. The owner as well as the management service was most responsive, and we plan to return to this condo the next time we are in Aspen."

  • Good deal in great location

"I agree with almost everything Matt B. said, which is great as it saves me a lot of writing. The bottom line is, this is just about the best location possible in Aspen, right above the Grand Hyatt, only 2 small blocks to the lifts and the center of town. You know when you see a great price like this, there must be a reason, and that reason is the lack of daylight. I decided that since we would be out enjoying Aspen during the day anyway, it didn't matter that it wouldn't be sunny in the unit. A couple of things I will add: more than not having natural sunlight, you can barely see outside at all. The window in the bedroom is below ground and under an overhang, so you can see only a sliver of sky. The other window is the framed glass front door, and it's the same story there. The hallway to enter the unit is also very narrow. However, there are plenty of lights and all are dimmers which is nice. The shower was better lit and not as small as it appeared in the photos. Plenty of washcloths and lots of towels, plus there are towels provided at the hot tub/pool, which are lovely. Plenty of storage for clothing. We could still hear the people walking upstairs, but it didn't bother us too much. Overall, a very comfortable space for two people, and a great location at a good price."

  • Perfect Getaway!

"I have to give a big "thank you" to Scott! My girlfriend, her sister, a best friend, and I stayed in the cabin. Beautiful cabin, amazing views, great communication, completely set up to enjoy upon our arrival! We were seeking a nice little getaway from technology and our daily grind, and we found just that. Hiking trails within easy walking distance gave us an amazing day of enjoying the Rocky Mountains at their finest. And the pictures don't even do this cabin justice. We spent most of our time relaxing on the front deck (mid 50's during the day) or cuddled up by the wood burning stove at night while watching movies or playing card games. And the stars! Such a change of scenery from our quiet nights in Kansas City. A bit of a drive from Denver, but the drive through the mountains just added to the experience for us. And I very much appreciated Scott telling us what cookware would be provided, where to do our shopping, and how to operate all of the equipment if necessary (and it wasn't necessary). Bring a case of your favorite beer, hook up an iPhone playlist to the amazing indoor/outdoor surround sound, and just relax on the deck with friends or family. You won't be disappointed. Our trip was in March, we ran into some deep snow on the hike, had no troubles getting to the cabin. We will definitely rent this cabin again (and I will improve my ping pong game beforehand!!)."
