"We stayed here for a long weekend, planning to ski and be out in town most of the time. This was an excellent location. We walked to town every weekend, walked to skiing at Aspen Mountain, had several great nights of sleep (better than home!). Terry was very responsive and made everything easy for us."

"4 guys stayed here for a ski vacation. The location is very convenient via short walk to the shuttle which takes you to Snowmass and other mountains, and is very convenient to Aspen overall. The pictures online are representative of the condo. The two bathrooms and the kitchen are updated, and nice. There is free firewood near the entrance to the complex which was handy. Internet worked well. The community pool and hot tub are pretty dated and need some repairs/updates, but overall we felt the condo was a good value and met our needs."

"I agree with almost everything Matt B. said, which is great as it saves me a lot of writing. The bottom line is, this is just about the best location possible in Aspen, right above the Grand Hyatt, only 2 small blocks to the lifts and the center of town. You know when you see a great price like this, there must be a reason, and that reason is the lack of daylight. I decided that since we would be out enjoying Aspen during the day anyway, it didn't matter that it wouldn't be sunny in the unit. A couple of things I will add: more than not having natural sunlight, you can barely see outside at all. The window in the bedroom is below ground and under an overhang, so you can see only a sliver of sky. The other window is the framed glass front door, and it's the same story there. The hallway to enter the unit is also very narrow. However, there are plenty of lights and all are dimmers which is nice. The shower was better lit and not as small as it appeared in the photos. Plenty of washcloths and lots of towels, plus there are towels provided at the hot tub/pool, which are lovely. Plenty of storage for clothing. We could still hear the people walking upstairs, but it didn't bother us too much. Overall, a very comfortable space for two people, and a great location at a good price."

"The Location is honestly unbeatable. It is the very heart of Aspen. Easy access to Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, snowmass and of course walkable to Aspen Mountain Ski. So many wonderful restaurants as well as the option to use the fully equipped Kitchen which had a gorgeous bar area and the ability to seat up to six people. I will definitely be a repeat guest here for many years to come. I highly recommend it to all."
