  • Lanny

"I live in Woody Creek and I rented this house for my family for my wife's memorial after she passed away in January. This house was the perfect family gathering place and we had about 40 friends and family at the reception. Emma Cassin of Mason and Morse was the best representative you could ask for, and she provided everything we needed. So don't rent it in the off season in case I need it again. We'll see. Thanks Emma, see you around, Lanny"

  • February ski holiday.

"Really nice condo in a small block of six. Short walk to the ski lifts. The condo has a nice feel to it, is roomy for a studio and has a very good kitchen. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay there again."

  • Lovely Condo! Perfect Location

"We stayed at this beautifully appointed condo in September and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo has a great location, quiet but so close to restaurants and shopping and the ski lifts. The condo was immaculate--a well stocked kitchen and extra luxuries in the bathroom. Susan, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating when we kept adding days to our stay. We were having such a wonderful time in Aspen we didn't want to leave! We definitely hope to return to Aspen will plan to stay here again."

  • Great Property - Secluded yet accessible to everything

"We were looking to get away from the Dallas summer heat and relax in a secluded mountain setting. We found everything we were looking for, and much more, in this property. If you're looking for a comfortable, unpretentious, casual vacation rental property, that feels like a place you might have built for yourself, then this is the place for you. When we first walked in, we went straight to the deck and took in the view, not to mention the sound of the water rushing down the river just a few hundred yards from the house. Our, almost daily routine, was hiking down Hunter Creek Trail, ( 2 minutes from the front door), through a well marked series of trails, all the way to downtown, where we would meet up for lunch with others in our party, then would drive the 7 or 8 minutes back to the house. Then either go fly fishing, white water rafting, golfing........or just driving up to the Maroon Bells, looking for Moose, Bear, Elk, Deer, Fox, etc. We actually had a fox that hung out around the house that we would run into from time to time, as well as deer in the yard and an occasional bald eagle soaring overhead. Even though the house was fairly close to other houses, we still felt very secluded with the dense foliage surrounding the house. The house was very comfortable for the 4 of us, my wife and I in one room, and our son and daughter, each with their own rooms with separate bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, however we tend to eat out a lot. If we decide to visit Aspen again, we would definitely like to stay here. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend to anyone."
