  • Wonderful Aspen Condo

"My husband, pet and I stayed at this newly renovated condo during the month of September 2013. It is in a perfect location in town. The lovely abd very comfortable condo is perfectly located in town and just a short walk to the supermarket, restaurants, shops, parks and all the town of Aspen has to offer. The condo was terrific, equipped with everything we needed. We found the listing and photos accurate. The owner was a pleasure - helpful, easy to communicate with and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommended the property."

  • The best!!!!

"What a wonderful house!!!! My friends and I are used to going to Aspen on vacation. We live in Brazil, and Aspen is just the best place with the best snow in US. But after being for many times in hotels, we decided to rent a house. And we couldnt be more pleased. This place is just amazing, the house is cozy and perfect. We could not be more greatful. The owner of the house, the housekeeper, the landloard are just so nice. We just cant wait for next year. Thanks Henry for letting us enjoy your place, it will be in our memories forever!!!"

  • Great Stay! Made our trip(s) better than we would have imagined.

"I have stayed in many places throughout Aspen (mostly from VRBO listings) and definitely think this is one of the best for several reasons. First and foremost was my interaction with the owner. Within an hour or two I heard back from her regarding my stay and availability (odd dates, Thursday morning through a Monday afternoon late), she couldn't have been more accommodating. Second, phenomenal location! Normally I stay in the center of town (North of Nell etc) and it is loud! The buses and snowplows run all night, people milling about after bars close etc and when you are blown out from skiing all day you do not want to lose sleep! I was shocked that this condo was only steps (ok, one block) up the hill and it is was as silent as a library! It is literally a 1 to two minute walk to the Gondola but you feel as if you are in a secluded gated community as there is no foot traffic, save for the few folks staying in the same complex. Third, condo/amenities. This place is great. My first trip (January 7, 2010) was fantastic in that there was plenty of sun and not too cold. Neither my buddy nor myself are big hot tub/pool guys on ski trips but the proximity to the place made it too difficult to pass up. I have to say that it was actually pretty relaxing. The rooms in the condo are great as they are pretty spacious and both bedroom sections of the place can be shut off via doors off the kitchen so both are pretty private and have their own bathrooms. The BEST part though is the sitting area. We cranked up the fireplace (tons of wood just outside door) and turned on the monster TV and actually didn't even make it out on the town one of the nights which is pretty unprecedented for us when we're in Aspen. I had such a good time I came back on March 3rd with my wife and spent 4 nights. Again the owner was very accommodating and told us we could arrive anytime and depart anytime so there were no problems with late Sunday departure. The experience was just as good as the first time. Again the proximity is fantastic. At the end of the day we could zip back, drop our skis and boots and be back at Ajax Tavern or Skybar in under 10 mins for apres ski! Finally, I am not a shopper so when we would go out I could peel off for a while and then rejoin after hiding in the condo for a bit. Truly two fun trips! Will be back next year for sure."

  • Southern travelors

"We had a fabulous stay at your home in Aspen, Colorado. The vacation rental was amazing. There were spectacular views of the mountains from most sides of the house. The house was well appointed, and extravagently decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked, and there was a oversized stainless steel refrigerator with an ice maker. We really enjoyed the pool area and hottub which also had amazing views, as well as the large, flat yard where many games of whiffle ball was held! Probably the most exciting thing about the house was the pet fox that visited every night for a quick snack. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The owners were always very helpful and prompt in answering our multitude of questions about the house and the surrounding area. I would recommend going on hikes in the area, white-water raftng, horseback riding and driving over to the Maroon Bells. For dinner, we enjoyed sitting outside at Woody's Tavern and the Red Onion. There were also lots of games and movies at the house. I would certainly recommend this property!"
