  • Comfortable, great value, and friendly owner

"Tough to beat if you want to stay in Aspen and don't want to spend 2000+ per week in the off season. Stan is a pleasure to work with. Would not hesitate to stay again if I make it back to Aspen."

  • TRULY AMAZING EXPERIENCE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF TOWN!!!!

"I have to say this was THE BEST condo stay I've ever had in Aspen! The condo is truly a 'cozy respit' - right in the middle of town, with a wood burning fireplace and truly Aspen-esque décor! The unit is on the ground level making it super easy to get in and out of and not risk tripping on snow/ice laden steps!! Parking is easy too - right out front, under the building, or behind the building! The owner was exceptionally easy to deal with and made every part of the rental aspect so simple! I would DEFINITELY stay here again on my next visit to Aspen!!!"

  • Great condo at a great price!! In Aspen no less!

"If you've been to Aspen, you know parking is a hassle. Parking comes with this place, but you can walk to anywhere in downtown Aspen in minutes from the condo. There is a grocery store with very reasonable prices about 2.5 blocks from the condo. If you are eating out, every decent place to eat is within a 3-10 minute walk. The place is very nice with very nice appliances. Very nice to open the sliding door and hear the roaring fork all day/night. Terry (owner) was always available if we had questions and very prompt with a response. Hope we have the opportunity to go back and stay in this place again."

  • Great Property - Secluded yet accessible to everything

"We were looking to get away from the Dallas summer heat and relax in a secluded mountain setting. We found everything we were looking for, and much more, in this property. If you're looking for a comfortable, unpretentious, casual vacation rental property, that feels like a place you might have built for yourself, then this is the place for you. When we first walked in, we went straight to the deck and took in the view, not to mention the sound of the water rushing down the river just a few hundred yards from the house. Our, almost daily routine, was hiking down Hunter Creek Trail, ( 2 minutes from the front door), through a well marked series of trails, all the way to downtown, where we would meet up for lunch with others in our party, then would drive the 7 or 8 minutes back to the house. Then either go fly fishing, white water rafting, golfing........or just driving up to the Maroon Bells, looking for Moose, Bear, Elk, Deer, Fox, etc. We actually had a fox that hung out around the house that we would run into from time to time, as well as deer in the yard and an occasional bald eagle soaring overhead. Even though the house was fairly close to other houses, we still felt very secluded with the dense foliage surrounding the house. The house was very comfortable for the 4 of us, my wife and I in one room, and our son and daughter, each with their own rooms with separate bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, however we tend to eat out a lot. If we decide to visit Aspen again, we would definitely like to stay here. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend to anyone."
