  • Wonderful Stay!

"Two of my old college buddies and I stayed in this condo for four nights in late January (2014) and had a great time. Even though it's only a 1 bedroom, we had plenty of room and having 2 full bathrooms was great. The main Keystone gondola is only 250 or so yards away and having access to the ski locker on the main floor was very helpful. The condo itself is well maintained and nice to come back to after a full day skiing. We had planned on cooking two dinners in the slow-cooker but it was only a "mini." Luckily, the rental company had some full-size loaners and the condo was well stocked with silverware and utensils. Having over three feet of fresh snow while we were in Keystone definitely made it a perfect trip!"

  • Bachelor Weekend

"Stayed in Brian's place with my brothers and a few friends for my brother Luke's bachelor party. Aspen is a great place obviously to catch some amazing pow, and take a few days to ride the slopes. Not the absolute best for chasing girls, lol, but as far as the rental it was great. No real complaints here, everything was as expected, the patio on the back was really refreshing, literally over the creek in the back. Hadn't seen much of a set-up like that before. We didn't have a car so we ended up walking most places. The grocery store is close, maybe 3 blocks so you should be good in that respect. Make sure you take day off to do the snowmobiling tour in Aspen, it's really on point. Only complaint would be that the door to the public hot-tub was locked late night (it's surrounded by a gate), and that's usually when I like to go. Catch it earlier I guess if you want to use it!"

  • Much nicer than reviews!

"We really enjoyed staying in this condo! Yes, it was dated-esp. the bathrooms and the shag carpeting, but the kitchen had a new oven, microwave, and dishwasher. And yes, the 3-4 flights of stairs were a hassle at times (my husband and I are in our 60's), but the amount of space, the view from this condo, the very reasonable price, and its location to main street made it worthwhile! We even found a shortcut to main street that made the walk even shorter. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room-nice indoor garage (for 1 car-but parking the 2nd car in the nearby lot by the skating rink wasn't too difficult) and ski locker. The common laundry area was handy and the dryer was timed so you knew exactly when your clothes were ready! The atrium area was very attractive and quiet. I would highly recommend this property to others and the owner was very pleasant to work with!"

  • TRULY AMAZING EXPERIENCE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF TOWN!!!!

"I have to say this was THE BEST condo stay I've ever had in Aspen! The condo is truly a 'cozy respit' - right in the middle of town, with a wood burning fireplace and truly Aspen-esque décor! The unit is on the ground level making it super easy to get in and out of and not risk tripping on snow/ice laden steps!! Parking is easy too - right out front, under the building, or behind the building! The owner was exceptionally easy to deal with and made every part of the rental aspect so simple! I would DEFINITELY stay here again on my next visit to Aspen!!!"
