  • Very nice condo and great location to the lift.

"We took our three teenagers skiing over President's Weekend and stayed in this very nice condo. The condo is right off the ski path which was very convenient. The condo had everything we needed. We went to the local grocery store and purchased all our food so we saved a lot of money by being able to come back to the condo for lunch everyday. Loved the fireplace we could turn on for a bit when we got cold. The washer and dryer was nice too. We LOVE Granby Ranch. We rented our skis and purchased our tickets at the base of the mountain. If you call them before you arrive you can reserve what you need and you get 10% off! Everyone is so nice at Granby. This was our third time to ski here and we plan on coming back. Love the small town feeling - never worried about the kids getting lost. The first aid people were so nice as my 17 year old daughter broke her wrist the last day snowboarding. The gave her a splint and sent us to the ER. The local ER people were great and surprisingly there was no wait! We hope to return next year!"

  • Great home base for family ski vacation!

"We stayed for one week over New Year's 2014, and our family vacation could not have been better. The home is beautiful, very clean, organized, lots of fluffy towels and nice linens, well-stocked kitchen with every gadget and appliance, comfy furniture and warm, heated floors. There are so many windows, with beautiful views outside every one. We traveled with our three sons - ages 17, 15 and 10 - with a total of 5 people, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The fireplace was especially nice - toasty warm after a long day of skiing. We had great meals at the house, as well as many meals out in nearby Dillon, Frisco, and Keystone. We skied 5 days and went to Vail, Keystone and A-Basin - all within an easy drive. The home is in a neighborhood setting which had great snow removal - a plus because we got a lot of snow. (We rented a car, and Hertz had overbooked their SUVs. We ended up with not-great-snow cars, and had we stayed in a more remote house, we'd have gotten stuck for sure.) It was also so nice to park inside a large garage, with the laundry room right off the garage for washing wet ski clothes. There is quite a bit of privacy with the way the home is situated on the lot, and a terrific sledding hill just out the back door. We would absolutely stay in this home again! The owner was so easy to work with, and the home lived up to its photos and reviews. There was also a stunning wild fox who'd troll the back patio in the snow looking for a hand-out each morning. Thanks for a great family vacation!"

  • Amazing house to stay in!

"This house couldn't have been more perfect. Beautifully renovated, close to everything, and huge!! The downstairs is essentially it's own little apartment which is great if you have kids teens or kids wig you. Don't let the photos fool you, the master alone was massive. My only complaint (if you can even call it that) was the only way to access the hot tub was through a bedroom. As long as whoever has that room is willing to give up a little privacy then you are set! My friends and I do an annual reunion, and this year we picked Breckenridge. 11 of my friends and I stayed here and have decided it was one of our favorite trips thus far, largely due to where we stayed. I definitely recommend it, and hope to stay here again."

  • AWESOME FALL STAY IN THIS ASPEN CONDO

"We celebrated an anniversary and had a great week in this Aspen condo. This condo is in a great location. The Gondola, great restaurants, shopping are all easily walk able. We found the best restaurants are 1 block away. It's well appointed and decorated nicely throughout. The kitchen is also well equipped. Both Ann and the on site manager Barbara were extremely hospitable and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!! Tim and Dianna Chicago"
