  • Great condo for Aspen food and wine

"My wife and I and another couple spent four nights for Aspen food and wine this year. Well maintained condo with plenty of room and about 10 minute walk from the main downtown strip, which was perfect. And it was substantially cheaper than any other accomidations for this busy weekend. Would stay here again."

  • Excellent location and so comforatable!

"My husband and I just stayed for ten days and am so happy we chose this particular unit because it's closest to the river at ground level, which was a nice perk. Very clean and everything was in perfect condition and had all the conveniences we needed. Ours was a fall trip, so skiing wasn't on the agenda, but when we come back to ski we'll stay again because we can walk to the Silver Queen Gondola in minutes. Everything you need is walking distance (and I'm pregnant, so my definition of walking distance is minutes these days) - the grocery store, downtown shopping, restaurants, the Gondola, the bus station (free buses in Aspen!!!) in case you want to go to Snowmass or Marroon Bells like we did. As for the actual apartment, it's brighter and airier than it looks in pictures, and was such a nice change from staying in a hotel. It was outfitted in modern high-end appliances and the kitchen cupboards were filled with everything you need to cook and serve for your entire trip if you choose. Not food, but mixing bowls, pots and pans, roasters... the works. The double sink bathroom had lots of storage and a separate shower/toilet area. I refered to the bedroom as the Ultimate Sleep Den because I could have spent our entire vacation going back to sleep for just a few more minutes... sooo comfy. The Roaring Fork is literally right outside the living room door, so we kept it open most of the time to hear it, and had our tea/coffee on the little terrace every morning or just read out there. We didn't use them, but there are a pool and hot tub. We hung out at home most evenings watching TV with the fire on, and that was lovely as well. We'll be back! Oh, and Sara made booking very easy."

  • Affordable, Convenient, and Accomodating

"I stayed here over a long weekend in January. It's biggest selling feature is it's proximity to downtown, the buses, and Aspen Mountain. 4 of us were able to stay here very comfortably. The couch also becomes a bed for added convenience. The place was well stocked with cooking and bath necessities. It was very clean and tidy. Walking to the bus stop only took a few minutes and the buses stop only a block away on the way home. This made getting to all the mountains very easy. The owners were responsive and accommodating. The only minor drawback were some noise from the neighbors. You can hear them come in at night, but it didn't last long and never really interrupted sleep. There are no frills, but that makes the place very affordable. A good place if you are going to concentrate on the snow."
