  • Awesome Summer Vacation

"My wife and I stayed 5 nights in mid July. The condo has great furnishings and was well equipped. The management company, Berkshire Hathaway, is very professional and the welcome packet and other little perks were impressive. This condo is very conveniently located in Beaver Creek. We walked about 2 blocks to the VICAR center where we saw Donald Regan one night. It is an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Beaver Creek Village. There are dedicated walking paths and sidewalks everywhere which make it great if you like walking or biking. Beaver Creek is a great location because it is situated in Avon, half way between Vail and Edwards. The summer is awesome in the Vail Valley! There is a musical event almost every night and many are free. The weather is perfect. Eagle Vail golf course is right up the road and it is a bargain at about $69. Edwards has a very nice mall and movie theater. More great restaurants than you can count. This condo is nice and roomy. We didn't need the fold out sofa this time but it is large for a one BR and would easily accommodate a couple of kids as well. I recommend it highly."

  • Wonderful trip

"This was our first trip back to beaver creek since we were married in June 2006....and 7 1/2 years later taking our 4 little kiddos. First, Denise is wonderful to work with from booking to making sure the condo is clean even when housekeeper had to back out at the last minute. She pulled through within hours of our arrival after we had driven 15 hours. She called and kept us up to speed on the progress. The condo isn't the Park Hyatt, but even better when you consider the price. The condo was completely stocked with everything we needed to cook and clean after we were done. You can definitely walk up a little hill to the village or take the shuttle (which we definitely used a lot with our 4 little snow people - ages 2,3,5, and 6!!!). When they are older we could walk. I walked up a few times to get pizza from our favorite Blue Moose Pizza and shop in the village. There's also a playground out back which was great on the 50 degree March days. I always make sure there is a good workout facility when we are on vacation. If you stay here you get to use the Pines Lodge workout room which also has a steam room and showers. It was very nice and the staff at pines lodge is super friendly. When i was finished they were nice enough to drive me down the hill to townsend place since the sun had set and temp had dropped drastically. Would love to stay there too, but no kitchens which is a must for us. I don't have calm children in restaurants yet :). The only thing I could possibly complain about is the quality of the bunk beds. The top bunk didn't feel real safe and luckily my kids were too tired and just crashed on them in the evening. The benefits of a full ski day! All in all we would definitely stay here again, and if ski school for 4 kids didn't cost us $1100 a day (seriously!) we would want to stay here twice a year."

  • Perfect Summer Vacation Spot

"Three families with members ranging in age from 54 to 15 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The townhome was just as pictured and described. The home was clean and well maintained. The greatroom/dining area were well appointed, comfortable and provided plenty of seating area for our gang of 12. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed to prepare meals for dining in or for slapping together sandwiches for our hikes. We had as many as 4-5 people working comfortably in the kitchen at one time. The grill was an added bonus for warm summer evening cooking. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and the bedding/linens were adequate. The Arrowhead area was well maintained and secure with gated entry. The location was perfect for reaching many trailheads in and around Beavercreek/Vail area. With a hot tub only a couple of townhomes away, our sore muscles were well tended after long trail days. The towns of Edwards and Avon are very close as well as the village of Beaver Creek. The owner, Peggy, gives a great list of local restaurants/shops/groceries/bars/things in and around the area to make things easier. It was said several time throughout our vacation that we would definitely stay here again. It was a great time. We can even vouch for the ER at the Vail Valley Medical Center! Quick, professional, thorough."

An elegant Beaver Creek ski vacation offers some of the best in the Colorado Rockies. Beaver Creek Village vacation rentals in the main village are close to a variety of restaurants, shops and Beaver Creek ski lodging. Bachelor Gulch ski lodging feels quieter and is where the Ritz-Carlton and other luxury Beaver Creek vacation rentals are located. The three Beaver Creek, Colorado villages are linked by free shuttles and ski trails. Amenities are also available in the nearby towns of Avon and Edwards.

The skiing and snowboarding in Beaver Creek, Colorado and the Vail Valley is legendary, and a Beaver Creek ski vacation lift ticket gives you access to Beaver Creek skiing plus Vail, Keystone and Breckenridge too. Beaver Creek ski vacation season runs from mid November to April, and crowds peak during the holiday season.

Summer Beaver Creek vacations are spectacular too. Beaver Creek Golf Club is open to the public for a few weeks at the beginning and end of the season in June and September, but your Beaver Creek vacation rental accommodations in one of the villages provide you access to golf throughout the summer season. Your luxury Beaver Creek rental home or Beaver Creek rental condo also makes a perfect home base for hiking and biking, horseback riding or white water rafting.
