  • Great condo but had difficulties with the refund of our deposit

"Great condo but had difficulties with the refund of our deposit. Three weeks prior to our stay, I told her we would have 6 adults for 5 nights and only 4 for all 7 nights. I told her I would send the full deposit as if all adults stayed for all seven nights and that ‘we can settle up later when the deposit is returned.’ So, I was expecting a return of my deposit and excess prepaid fees. The lease agreement indicates that the deposit would be returned within 14 days of our departure. We did not receive our deposit back after the 14 days and I had to send Barbara two or three emails requesting the deposit. I finally had to call her to get her to return the deposit. We received most of our deposit back a month after our departure. But, instead of getting the the full deposit and extra fees back, we received only a portion of our deposit and none of the extra fees. Another issue is that we did not receive any ‘check in’ instructions. We stopped at the main gate to the complex and they told us to go to the reception center at Beaver Creek, a few miles down the road. We did so and were told they did not manage the property. We returned to the main gate and the security staff helped us get into the condo. Again, a great condo that is nicely situated. Still hoping for the return of the extra fees."

  • What a fabulous family vacation spot!

"My sister and I wanted a house that would fit our families together and we found it! Four adults and eight kids from 5 to 20 years old, we needed space and comfy bedrooms as well as a kitchen where we could make big breakfasts and dinners. The incredibly comfortable beds, gas fire places, hot tub and heated garage all added to the warmth we felt in this house after full days of skiing. We also got some great restaurant suggestions in Arrowhead and Edwards from the owner,. I'd highly recommend this house for a great family vacation."

  • This unit at Bear Paw was very nice. It accommodates a lot of people comfortably.

"Nice unit. Comfortable- well appointed. Bear Paw is up the hill - pretty far from the Ritz. Easy ski down - mind the trail map skiing back to the unit - several choices. Everyone really enjoyed the unit. The shuttles get you anywhere in Beaver Creek/Avon you want to go."

  • Beautiful Condo, conviently located! Walk to shops at Beaver Creek village and ski-in/ski-out.

"My wife and I just spent 6 wonderful days at this condo located at the Charter in Beaver Creek. The condo is on the same floor as a ski rental shop, and you can just walk down a short flight of steps to ski in and ski out! A brief 5 minute walk and your are in the middle of all the boutique shopping and excellent restaurants the Beaver Creek village has to offer. The rooms are all well appointed, but the wood burning fireplace was a personal highlight for us. The charter also has a spa and great hot tubs that were never too crowded. This is an outstanding place to enjoy a wonderful ski vacation in a true world class resort!"

Beaver Creek Travel Tips

An elegant Beaver Creek ski vacation offers some of the best in the Colorado Rockies. Beaver Creek Village vacation rentals in the main village are close to a variety of restaurants, shops and Beaver Creek ski lodging. Bachelor Gulch ski lodging feels quieter and is where the Ritz-Carlton and other luxury Beaver Creek vacation rentals are located. The more secluded Arrowhead village with Beaver Creek ski-in-ski-out lodging also has ski slope access and many Beaver Creek vacation rental homes to choose from. The three Beaver Creek, Colorado villages are linked by free shuttles and ski trails. Amenities are also available in the nearby towns of Avon and Edwards.

The skiing and snowboarding in Beaver Creek, Colorado and the Vail Valley is legendary, and a Beaver Creek ski vacation lift ticket gives you access to Beaver Creek skiing plus Vail, Keystone and Breckenridge too. Beaver Creek ski vacation season runs from mid November to April, and crowds peak during the holiday season.

Summer Beaver Creek vacations are spectacular too. Beaver Creek Golf Club is open to the public for a few weeks at the beginning and end of the season in June and September, but your Beaver Creek vacation rental accommodations in one of the villages provide you access to golf throughout the summer season. Your luxury Beaver Creek rental home or Beaver Creek rental condo also makes a perfect home base for hiking and biking, horseback riding or white water rafting.

Denver International Airport is 140 miles (225 km) from Beaver Creek, Colorado. Connecting commuter planes and some direct flights are available to Eagle County Regional Airport, just 29 miles (47 km) east of Beaver Creek Village. Car rentals are available at both airports. The drive from Denver by way of I-70 is about two hours. From your Beaver Creek vacation home, free and low cost shuttles and pedestrian friendly villages virtually eliminate the need for a car.
