  • Outstanding location.

"My wife, two children (under 10) have, and I have stayed in this condominium for the last two years. Our experience with the property, from check-in to check-out, has been outstanding and the location is hard to beat."

  • Terrific Condo in Beaver Creek Village!

"I stayed in this terrific St. James Place condo for the past week with my son and two of his college friends. When we arrived the unit was ready (3 hours before the guaranteed check-in time), was clean and welcoming, and provided plenty of space for the 4 of us. The decor has a nice rustic "mountain" feel, and includes everything needed for a great stay - nice kitchen and living space, as well as 3 comfortable bedrooms. St. James Place also has a really nice pool area, welcoming lobby, helpful staff, and convenient ski lockers. Most importantly, this condo is really convenient to everything! We did not rent a car during our stay, and were able to walk to great restaurants for dinner, as well as the Beaver Creek chairlifts. The Eagle County skier shuttle bus is a quick walk away for the days we skied at Vail. While a car might be nice to have for a longer stay, we were perfectly content without one. Overall, this condo was clean and well maintained, the owner extremely helpful, and the description and photos on the VRBO website very accurate. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Beaver Creek, and hope to be able to go back again soon!"

  • One of the best large ski houses in the U.S.

"Our group of seven families has been taking a week-long ski trip for 19 straight years, and this was easily the finest large house we have stayed in. There are fewer than 20 ski houses of comparable size and quality listed on HomeAway and VRBO in the western U.S., and every year, we pick among them. This house easily had enough space for our big group. Most importantly, the kids could entertain themselves at all hours in the play room (pool, foosball, air hockey), fabulous movie theater, grotto, hot tub, and sled hill, while at the same time, adults had room to prepare meals and watch after the young kids. The quality of design, furniture, and construction is appropriate for a $10 million house. Note that the location along the Arrowhead ski run is far away (16 minute drive) from Beaver Creek Village. One can ski to/from there, but it's inconvenient for kids in ski school. That said, Arrowhead is a perfect green/blue run for beginners and intermediates - wide open, perfectly groomed, and safe for slow and fast speeds. Our kids (aged 6-9) spent entire days on this and the Bachelor Gulf lifts; you won't find better beginner runs at BC or any other mountain. Do take advantage of the property managers, who can help arrange discount lift tickets, in-house ski rentals (from Black Tie, who are great), restaurant reservations, shuttles, etc. We highly recommend this property."

  • Absolutely Amazing!

"All I can say is WOW. I stayed in this gorgeous house while on a company retreat with my wife and 8 other adults. It easily fit all of us with tons of room to spare. The photos really don't do this place justice. The 2 separate living rooms allowed for us to enjoy the cable or play games together or in groups. The kitchen was fully equipped with all kinds of cook ware, spices and so on. Each bedroom had an attached bathroom making it easy for everyone to take showers without waiting. The wifi was more than fast enough to power all of our working laptops, phones and a couple of Roku movie players. We rented a couple of cars so driving into Edwards (1 mile away) for groceries was super easy and close. Everything we needed was within a 2-5 minute drive. Vail offered so many activities and was fairly close as well. We didn't get to stay long (5 days) but we did so many things including a few hikes and zip lining. I hate to say anything negative, but the garage door (which we seldom used) did break, but the maintenance guy, Roy, was on the scene within 5 minutes. He had it freshly greased, fixed and running smoothly in no time. I seriously doubt anyone will have problems while on their stay, but if you do, rest assured it will be fixed in no time flat. I highly recommend a stay in this house. You will not want to stay anywhere else, I promise."
