  • Perfect long weekend

"This house was the perfect home away from home! Everything was set up for a relaxing and fun stay. Close to Breck and Dillon, but far enough to fl secluded. Management is very helpful, available, and flexible. Would love to come back every year :)"

  • Goldenview Lodge review

"We rented this property to entertain a client for a long ski weekend. We had 11 guys and wanted to be able to sleep each guy in a separate bed/pull-out. The house was perfect for this set up. The 3 pull-out beds (one couch on main level and two in the loft) were not exactly like sleeping on a bed but they got the job done. We put our client in the bedrooms and they said the beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and ready to go when we arrived. There was some ice between the driveway and the walk to the front door during our stay but the management company did salt it. The home was very warm inside when we arrived so we had to bump the thermostats down and open some windows but after that it was fine. The home has in-floor heating which is nice heat but it can be kind of hard to regulate and it defaults to warmer versus cooler. The hot tub was clean, worked well and wasn't over-chlorinate. The drive up to the home is gorgeous with some great views of Breckenridge the town and the ski hill. We skied Breck and Keystone and drove from the home but the shuttle did go right past the house. It was about a 8 minute drive into town and to the main gondola. I don't think the photos do this home justice as I found it to be nicer than the photos show. I was really impressed and so was our client which is great! I would definitely rent again and would recommend it to friends/colleagues. I really like the log home feel inside/outside and the furniture/amenities. The home was well appointed and the kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/utensils etc. We cooked in two nights and the large gas grill worked well and we easily sat 11 plus guys for dinners. I also really like the home's layout as there were multiple areas to hang out and just relax."

"Love GTL! Pretty, peaceful, lots of amenities, close to slopes. Our second year staying at Mike's place. My 2 teens, 1 20-something and both adults enjoy it immensely!"

  • Great family trip

"We were celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversary with a family trip to Breckenridge, the place we all fell in love with Colorado. We had 3 families in this house and one that stayed at another place. With all the kids this wasn't quite large enough for everyone to sleep here, but provided an excellent place to have some family meals together and play games. It was a great trip and this house provided some lifetime memories for all of us. Very comfortable house with plenty of room for people to spread out. Also the pretty location with a small stream out the back just added that much more to the trip."
