  • Great house

"We were a group of 4 families with kids ranging from 6 months to 8 years old skiing for the second time in Breckenridge. The house met all our needs and expectations. The kids had the space to play together, but also the ability to retire to their sections when quiet time was needed. The kitchen coped perfectly and the hot tub was a great way to star gaze in the evenings. Ski school was a short drive, which was perfect. Town was a bit further than we realized, but this was not an issue. The owner even found pack and plays and a high chair for our stay. I would recommend Cobb Vista to large groups looking for a place of their own to relax in after a long day skiing."

  • WOW...SIMPLY AMAZING

"We spent a marvelous week at this wonderful home. 4 generations of family ranging from ages 85 to 2 spent the week relaxing by the river, fishing and hiking within steps of the front door. This home was large enough to where 17 people were able to find plenty of space without ever feeling like we were on top of each other. I would recommend this home without hesitation."

  • Excellent Condo, would use again

"We were very pleased with the condo and the amenities provided. The rooms were furnished just as the photos show. I was able to plug my AppleTV in to the television and stream content from netflix and iTunes to entertain the kiddos...this is a big thing when you take the kids on a trip for a week. The seating for eating isn't really geared towards kids, but we managed. The sofa is a bit on the soft side, so expect to sink in. Our only negative was the parking. We didn't get any good instructions on the parking so we parked on opposing sides of the lot by the corresponding numbers. This worked out until the last day when someone came to stay in the condo across the parking lot from us. Why the condos have the same numbers doesn't make sense to me...we were just parking where we thought we should. LOL They were the owners and were very upset...like we should know. Oh well. We parked correctly (one vehicle behind the other) that night and they seemed to relax. Parking in this style meant one of our vehicles was covered in snow...so the statement about covered parking only applies to one of your vehicles. the other is going to get snow on it during ski season. All in all, I would say this is a very well represented condo and we would stay here again unless we found something with better parking for the second vehicle."
