What a great place to stay!
"We had a great time here! The house was perfect for us and our host thought of everything we might need to know and included it in his email to us. Very clean and just as depicted. We especially enjoyed the two fox that showed up almost every morning! The stereo system was a big hit too. House was easy to find, close to town and accommodated all of us perfectly. Would absolutely recomend this home."

"This rental was exactly what we had hoped for. The house was on a mountain top and it was clean, very spacious and nicely decorated. The drive from main street/ downtown to the house was about 10 minutes but you got used to the drive so it was no big deal. The scenery up on the mountain was very relaxing and you don't hear any traffic noise. The kids even saw a fox on the way up which was way cool! The driveway steeps downward toward the home so make sure you have a 4 wheel drive. We always entered and exited the house from garage/ driveway and this was convenient.
The beds were all very comfortable and bathrooms were all spacious. We had a family of 3 sleep upstairs and they were able to have privacy all to themselves. The basement was like our babysitter - we had all the kids play down there. They had toys, tv, and pool table to keep them entertained. The basement temp was a bit too warm at night so we kept the thermostat at around 65. We're from Texas so the dry air was a bit of a challenge at first but we got used to it.
We were able to eat in (breakfast and dinner) most of the time which was great since we had picky little eaters. The refrigerator was big, clean and empty (except for a few condiments) - big plus for a mom like me! It was very convenient to cook, serve and eat all in the same area with lots of room for everyone.
It was nice to relax in a clean, private hot tub surrounded by nothing but snow and trees after a day of skiing. We really enjoyed the bright stars at night. The little kids loved it too but afterwards we had to carry them back to the patio door. They didn't want to walk (all about 10 steps) back in the snowy path bc they were cold. It finally snowed on our last day and it was very scenic as we watched the kids build a snowman in the backyard. It was a memorable vacation. Thank you, Greg. :-)"

"Everything delivered as promised, and more. Home was new & updated as pics show. Pics don't show that all 3 1/2 bathrooms are well-appointed and nice, closets in the three bedrooms are huge, space on lower floor is large, as is Master bedroom. Home is solid and super quiet, furniture and fixtures are in great shape, kitchen is well-stocked, and all appliances work well. We loved being central to summer activities and close enough to town yet far enough away. Did have the spotty electricity on the first night following a storm, but Mark was right on it and the problem was resolved within 30 minutes. You can book this home with confidence; we would again."

"This is an incredible home. It has all you need. It has views of the entire Breckenridge Ski Resort. My favorite part was to watch the sun rise and see the mountain slowly illuminate. One morning we saw a fox playing in the snow behind the house.
It has easy access to downtown using the free bus.
It has an incredible fire pit that you could get lost in hours of conversation.
The best part is this is a luxurious home that has any amenity that you would want in a mountain retreat. The open living room invites time to be spend together as a family."
