"There is no description to adequately describe the view from this immaculate and beautifully furnished property. We were still in awe of the views right up until the moment we left. A group of 5 of us vacationed in Breckenridge to golf and relax. This was the perfect place. The kitchen was not only beautifully done but very well stocked with essentials for cooking. We ate all our meals on the deck. It was just too perfect not too! The firepit was a total hit with our group. It was very relaxing to sit by the fire and star gaze. We saw numerous shooting stars. We would recommend this house to anyone visiting the Breckenridge area for any reason. You will most certainly not be disappointed."

"We were super impressed with how nice this place was. The pictures don't do it justice. We had 17 people in our group and all fit really well. The kitchen was great for cooking for 17 and had plenty of flatware and pots and pans to cook with. The grill on the deck was also a big plus for cooking burgers. All the bedrooms and bathrooms had everything we needed, the only suggestion I would have is to have a few more towels. There was a few minor issues when we were there but the owner got back to us quickly about them and none had any negative effect on our say. We had a great stay and look forward to hopefully staying here again."

"We brought all our kids and grandkids here for a family vacation. We were not disappointed with the house or the surroundings. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. Our grands ranged in age from 16-4. We found lots of things to do around Breckinridge..kept us entertained and worn out. I must say we will definitely think about doing that again. We had everything we needed..plenty of towels for showers and hot tubing. Scott was great to work with and answered any questions we had. The kids all had a great time. The house is nicely furnished. The view of the mountains was magnificent morning and evening. We loved it and hope we can get back again. Thank you Scott."

"This rental was exactly what we had hoped for. The house was on a mountain top and it was clean, very spacious and nicely decorated. The drive from main street/ downtown to the house was about 10 minutes but you got used to the drive so it was no big deal. The scenery up on the mountain was very relaxing and you don't hear any traffic noise. The kids even saw a fox on the way up which was way cool! The driveway steeps downward toward the home so make sure you have a 4 wheel drive. We always entered and exited the house from garage/ driveway and this was convenient.
The beds were all very comfortable and bathrooms were all spacious. We had a family of 3 sleep upstairs and they were able to have privacy all to themselves. The basement was like our babysitter - we had all the kids play down there. They had toys, tv, and pool table to keep them entertained. The basement temp was a bit too warm at night so we kept the thermostat at around 65. We're from Texas so the dry air was a bit of a challenge at first but we got used to it.
We were able to eat in (breakfast and dinner) most of the time which was great since we had picky little eaters. The refrigerator was big, clean and empty (except for a few condiments) - big plus for a mom like me! It was very convenient to cook, serve and eat all in the same area with lots of room for everyone.
It was nice to relax in a clean, private hot tub surrounded by nothing but snow and trees after a day of skiing. We really enjoyed the bright stars at night. The little kids loved it too but afterwards we had to carry them back to the patio door. They didn't want to walk (all about 10 steps) back in the snowy path bc they were cold. It finally snowed on our last day and it was very scenic as we watched the kids build a snowman in the backyard. It was a memorable vacation. Thank you, Greg. :-)"
