"Our group of 4 families with small children stayed in this beautiful home to celebrate Thanksgiving. We were extremely impressed with the home; the location and views can't be beat. The home was well kept and we enjoyed sledding and the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a thanksgiving meal and accomodated 8 adults well. When we had a small unavoidable issue with the heating, Steve and Nancy were awesome getting someone out there, even on thanksgiving day! We were very impressed! We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Breckenridge."Guest: Scott Date of Stay: November 2014 Review Submitted: December 3, 2014View listing
"We were super impressed with how nice this place was. The pictures don't do it justice. We had 17 people in our group and all fit really well. The kitchen was great for cooking for 17 and had plenty of flatware and pots and pans to cook with. The grill on the deck was also a big plus for cooking burgers. All the bedrooms and bathrooms had everything we needed, the only suggestion I would have is to have a few more towels. There was a few minor issues when we were there but the owner got back to us quickly about them and none had any negative effect on our say. We had a great stay and look forward to hopefully staying here again."Guest: Joe Date of Stay: January 2015 Review Submitted: January 13, 2015View listing
"We had a group of 15 stay at this house for a wedding within walking distance. The owner was super easy to work with and responded to all my questions quickly and was very flexible and reasonable. For example, there was not any guests checking out the day or our arrival or checking in the day of our departure so he was more than happy to allow was to check in early and check out late. More importantly though, I felt like I was dealing with a legitimate and reputable person that was not going to rip me off. Upon our arrival, the house was very clean and orderly and we were surprised and delighted at the amount of space and especially happy with the views the house provided. Our group trickled in at different times and we ended up having 5 vehicles with enough parking space for all of them. The hot tub, free wi-fi, cable tv, garage space, and pool table were all nice amenities that we enjoyed. Our group was split with 3/4 or the people being couples and every couple got their own room and the rest being single and taking the bunk bed room and pullouts; no one was disappointed or uncomfortable with their sleeping situation. There was also plenty of bathroom space for everyone. Checking out was simple and the owners wishes were easily laid out for us to follow. Overall, we as a group were more than pleased with our stay, thought the cost was more than reasonable, and would stay here again."Guest: Chris Y. "We were two familes on a skiing holiday. It was our first time to Breckenridge. The house is spacious, and comfortable. Pool table and hot tub were great. Nicely decorated, with absolutely stunning views of the slopes. Ambient heat system is almost too good! About 4 miles out of town. We drove into town, but there is a Summit Stage bus stop about 5-10 walk (depending on what you're wearing on your feet!) from the house. We did use the bus sometimes and it was really convenient. Ryan went above and beyond the call of duty, which is a testament to how well the property is managed, and how customers are valued. We made the mistake of not renting a 4WD vehicle. Ryan helped us source some tire cables for the car, and then we were mobile again. Without them I don't know what we would have done. Definitely rent 4WD if you are staying in the winter. The roads out of town to the house are hilly. They are all plowed, but the last couple don't get gritted. We would highly recommend Blue River Sports for ski rentals -- convenient to the Village, individual boot fitting, and they stored our skis every night. Especially great if you're taking the bus in and out of town. Tubing at Frisco Adventure Park was great. Very well organised. And easy to reserve online in advance. We also did the Two Below Zero Sleigh/Dinner ride which was superb. We were really happy with our choice of property, as noted above. My only caution to potential renters is that this house is not as well "stocked" as other vacation rentals we've had. There was toilet paper, dish washing soap, diswasher detergent, garbage bags. But no laundry soap, bounce sheets, paper towels, foil, plastic wrap. Salt and pepper but no other spices, oil, etc. All things that you don't really want to buy a whole bottle of for a week. The upside is that there was no old supplies lying around, but sometimes it's nice to find those things in the cupboard."Guest: The Pips Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 20, 2014View listing
