"My family gathered at this home for a family reunion. We had people from 6 states, ages 9 to 64. And we had an amazing time.
The house is absolutely incredible! The pictures don't begin to capture the magnificence and beauty of the home."

Great Location - Owner really cares about your stay
"Wonderful home on quiet pine forest street very close to Peak 8 base. We had a family of six and we were very comfortable, could have pushed that comfortably to 9-10. Easily parked 3 cars (2 in, 1 in the driveway) and plenty of room to store mountain bikes. Plenty of bedroom and bed options and best of all, a very large family room to gather every night. Kitchen was first rate and all pots, pans, utensils easy to find. Pet friendly which was a real nice option for us. Nice deck on the back with large hot tub and gas grill. Location was awesome.......four minute walk to Peak 8 Adventure park that includes alpine slide, zip lines, miniature golf, climbing wall, a great downhill rollercoaster (my personal favorite), and a great large outdoor deck for enjoying the sunshine and grabbing a bite to eat and drink. Four minute drive into town. Owner (Paul) really wants to know that you enjoyed your time. He provided great insight on the town of Breckenridge.....great restaurants, gondola location, parking locations, and best of all Paul gave us great local tips about where to watch fireworks on the 4th. Great stay, great owner who cares."

"unbelievable home--fully stocked kitchen, every room high quality finishes and details! the amount of space in this home could easily accommodate a very large group--there were 12 of us and there was still room for 12 more! Fantastic home --the only note is it is NOT ski in and ski out. It is a walk through some woods to the lifts--very close and you can't find much better in breck--but not typical of other ski resorts with true ski in out. (Breck doesn't have this unless you are at a condo at base) the ski rooms to hold all gear is amazing, washer dryers up and down etc etc. bus line and gondola are very short walk from house if you want to go to town. No need for a car! Carol also shared a personal shopper so groceries were there when we arrived. Worth every penny and she even will do other grocery runs at no delivery charge after first. Carol was very accommodating when we had a small issue which was resolved promptly with great service. i cannot recommend this home enough--thanks for a great week"

"We just spent a week at this home and couldn't have been more impressed with the house, the location or the owner. Starting off, the house was spotless when we arrived and is even more beautiful than the pictures. The front of the house contains a deck that overlooks the resort and we spent lots of time there in the mornings and afternoons. It's a great place to kick back and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. The bedrooms are all good size, the beds are comfortable, the linens are high quality and the showers have good water pressure (something we haven't found with all mountain homes).
We were particularly impressed with all the little details, which made our stay more enjoyable... high end appliances, two dishwashers, a coffee maker that would put Starbucks out of business if everyone had one, media room with high end electronics, Sonos whole house audio (a favorite of ours since we were traveling with some music buffs), a spotless garage which allowed us to store two kayaks and 4 mountain bikes with ease.
An unexpected plus for us was the location. It was away from the hustle of downtown, had an amazing view of the mountain, but was close enough to the gondola that our teenagers could take it into town to go shopping or just hang out by the river. This allowed us to park the car and not play taxi all week when the kids needed their own space. The first hour there we saw two moose walking up the street and later in the day saw a red fox hanging around the house. One of the people in our party swears they heard an elk calling from the mountainside at dusk one day but that is still a hotly debated topic among our group.
Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our stay."
