"My friends and I stayed at Park Place Condos for a weekend (4 day) ski trip. It was a nice condo, not the newest, but had nice touches inside. The showers ran hot with plenty of hot water, and all of the kitchen equipment worked excellent for cooking dinner at night and breakfast in the morning. Also, it was very close (5 minute walk, if you walk slow) to several shuttle stops for the free Breckenridge shuttle routes. This made it easy to get to the mountain. Being by the end of the 4 O'Clock run meant we could ski home after the day was done! Great experience."

"Jen and Paul,
Thank you for not only choosing one of the best Colorado cities to have your home, but your condo's proximity to town is absolutely perfect. My 16 yr old son and I were able to walk all around town and discover great eateries and walking trails. We rode horses and ATVs in Fairplay and unfortunately didn't discover Breck Stables, between peaks 9-10 until our last day - what beautiful horses they have and right here on the mountain. We hiked McCullough Gulch and saw awesome waterfalls and incredible views. We drove up Quandary Peak and discovered a lake at 14,000 ft. The golden, Aspen leaves along with the deep green, Spruce pines were more than picture perfect. We day tripped and hiked Hanging Lake, which had a spectacular clear, blue lake and a wild looking waterfall that spout directly out of the side of the mountain. We traveled all the way to Maroon Bells where you can literally drive to and short walk to this famous view. We decided to hike to Crater Lake and beyond to enjoy even more spectacular views and then had lunch in Aspen - we like Breck better :). We drove back a different route than I-70 and discovered The Continental Divide...Amazing. We toured the Country Boy mine and learned just how tough it must had been for those folks back then. We also toured the local museums – Barney Ford was an incredible person! I'm certain skiing is excellent around Breck, but we had the best time seeing how beautiful our earth is right here in Colorado (Breck), in the Fall. Not only was your condo comfortable and met all of our needs, but your communication and organization made us feel welcomed and at home.
Thank you so much! Chris and Chase"

"The condo is located is about a 2 minute walk to Main Street to all restaurants and shops. The furniture was very comfortable and updated bathrooms, steam shower, and kitchen were a huge plus. Both bedrooms were comfortable and the queen size bunk beds could easily accommodate 4 adults. We would definitely stay here again for our winter or summer vacation."

Great Condo in Breck, walk to Gondy & everything in town!
"My wife and I rented this condo in Breck 12/10-12/13 2014 for an early ski/board trip.
The location of this place is hard to beat as it is ~5 minute walk to the Breck gondola & very close to Main Street Breckenridge. If you stay here you really don't need a car. We even tried out the free Breck shuttle bus to head over to the base of peak 9 one morning, which couldn't be easier as the stop is outside of the condo and it comes every 10 minutes! (right by the end of 4 O'clock run) You can actually ski down 4 O'clock run right across from the condo for a lunch break or to end your day. You can check your skis with the front desk during your break or for the night as well.
The condo itself has been updated in many areas and is very clean! The bed is very comfortable as it has one of those high end foam bed covers on it. We didn't try the fold out couch as it was just the 2 of us for this trip, but the condo does sleep 4. The bath tub has been updated with nice tile work.
We used the indoor hot tub which was nice and condo overlooked one of the outdoor hot tubs.
There is free underground parking at the condo which is nice if it is snowing.
The kitchen had all the utensils and things we needed to cook up whatever we wanted.
One added bonus if you are exhausted from a day on the slopes is the free DVD loan/rental program on the main floor of the building near the work out room. The movies were very updated and included many of the newest DVD releases.
Brian is wonderful to work with and is easy to communicate with via email.
He also let us know his wife Tracy is the dinner manager at the Mi Casa Mexican restaurant. We went to Mi Casa one night for dinner and were very happy with the whole experience!
All in all a great experience & I would recommend this condo to others visiting the Breck area!"
