  • Wonderful location!

    "My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary and had a great time. It truly is walking distance to everything you might need. We walked through the town plenty! Lots of great restaurants and shops. Breckenridge is a fabulous town to visit. We had some construction going on right on the patio, as did other guests who have stayed here and the pool was closed two of the three days, which was a bummer but that is not the owners fault. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

  • bargain ski-in/walk-out

    "This condo is comfortable and convenient to skiing and town. The loft was a ton of fun for the 3 kids we had up there! The walk to the snowflake lift is about 50 yards. You ski right up to the back of the condo. The price was great and the owners were easy to work with. Would highly recommend this place."

  • Spring Break Family Trip

    "Perfect spot for our family trip. Loved the first floor with no carrying all the equipment up many steps. We were within walking distance to town for shopping and restaurants. Being on the 4 o'clock run let us come in for lunch or come in early if someone wanted to. We rented some skis right down the road and that was very convenient. The condo itself was clean and perfect for our group of 6. Couldn't have asked for more. Kids enjoyed the hot tub but we never made it over to the pool. We used the guest book to check for restaurant recommendations. The owners were great to work with and everything went like clockwork. We will come back."

  • Quaint home near the Snowflake lift

    "While this wasn't the "perfect" location for our family of 7, it was certainly more than adequate and we had a wonderful time. First, I would like to point out that this is not really a ski out location. It's certainly ski in (although you have to take your skis off in the parking lot, and then walk or ride up 3 floors to our unit) it cannot be considered ski out. You can either ski down the 4 o'clock trail to the bottom and then wait for a bus to take you to one of the Peaks or you can ski/walk 100 yards across 4 O'Clock road to the snow flake lift. If the lift were on this side or there was a pedestrian bridge across the street, this would certainly be ski out. The unit itself is 2 stories. 2 bedrooms on the main level and 2 on the top. There are stackable laundry machines and a full bath with access to the main living area. There is a Queen bed with an attached bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with bunkbeds and one with a king and a bathroom in the hall. Neither bedroom upstairs has it's own bathroom. The kitchen is small but usable and the owner has certainly stocked the unit with most every type of appliance including a Keurig (YAY!!!!). The couch in the main area is comfy and there is a big comfortable chair. Our biggest complaint might be the dining room table was a raised table with bar stools and we had young children. The other complaint is that none of the DVD players had wires attached to them. And there was leftover food in the fridge from a prior renter. These are probably simple cleaning issues but they left a bad taste in our mouth. Overall, I would certainly recommend this unit for someone looking to stay at Breck with easy access to the mountain and to the village."
