  • Perfect ski/town location

"This clean, well-maintained townhome was perfect for our family of 4 adults. We enjoyed the living room with gas fireplace and cable TV, fully stocked kitchen, garage, quiet neighborhood close to Snowflake Lift that linked us up to Peak 7 or 8, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, and the convenience of outdoor hot tubs & pool. Short drive to main street to catch the gondola so we could rent a locker at the chalet and catch the Rocky Mountain Superchair. Short walk to town after skiing. Right on the shuttle bus route. The owner responds promptly to questions, is honest and and we thank her for offering her well-maintained townhome on VRBO for us to stay in."

  • Nice Condo in Great Location!

"We had 4 adults (2 couples) sharing this condo and had plenty of room for all of us. The condo is as depicted in the pictures with very cute accents of bears, moose, etc - like in a mountain cabin. The proximity to town was great and so close in fact that we just walked into town even though there is a free town shuttle stop very near the condo. We did use the free shuttle to get to the lifts and then just skied down Four O'clock run at end of day - it ends just across from the condo. This building does not have an elevator and the air is thin in Breck, so glad to be on the 2nd floor of the building. Both bedrooms had a humidifier which is a must for us. Each bedroom has its own attached bath, but the layout would make it very easy to share with any additional guests that may be utilizing the living room sleeper sofa. You have the option of covered or uncovered parking - all directly beneath or next to the building. The gas fireplace was nice and easy to use - the only thing that would make it better would be some throws to curl up with in the living room. We did have some very heavy footed, nocturnal people/giants above us for the first day and half, but once they cleared out we could not hear others in surrounding condos. There is a nice view from the balcony - you're not looking at the ski mountain (that is on the other side of the condo building), but some other big, beautiful mountains on the other side of town. The owners were very easy to work with and quickly responded to any questions I had leading up to our trip. We definitely recommend this condo."

  • JUST WHAT THE DOCTOR ORDERED!

"Experienced a wonderful week of R&R in this clean, tastefully decorated condo with a beautiful view. We were welcomed by a friendly bear holding our complimentary bottle of wine amongst a beautiful table setting with a moose theme. Everything was as described and the owners were very easy to work with, answering all our questions and even calling to make sure we loved it. Spent a lot of time resting on the balcony--soaking in the mountains, trees, hummingbirds, chipmunks, and feeding the neighborhood fox. Although foxy didn't seem all that hungry we got a kick out of watching it hide our treats in three different places. Loved hiking the Snowflake trail and ending up at the Sawmill Reservoir--beautiful scenery! Hiked the trail at Lake Dillon and enjoyed all the chipmunk activity there. And the flowers in downtown Breckenridge in the summer are beautiful! The food selection in this area is great. Where do I begin?! Surprisingly, one of our favorites was in Frisco at Carlos Miguel's. Their shredded beef Mexican dishes were delicious and frozen margaritas were some of the best we've had. Although we ate in their dining room, there is a happy hour with half price margaritas and appetizers in the bar only. Downstairs at Eric's is a must...we go for the garlic crust pizza but they offer a wide variety of good ole American favorites. Giampietro's is great for the Italian lovers, especially their pizza--restaurant is small, go early or call in to-go order or else be prepared for a wait but it is worth it. Crepes A la Cart, La Francaise Bakery, Blue Moose (serves breakfast food only but they're open til 1pm so it's great for a brunch), Columbine Cafe, Daylight Donuts, sweet potato burrito (enough for two people!) at Cuppa Joe, Blue River Bistro are all good. So many more we wanted to try but ran out of time! Darn, guess we will have to go back ;) Thank you David and DeAnna for sharing your condo with us. It was definitely more like a home than a rental. Hopefully we can return some day."
