  • Awesome Location! Tons of Room! Great for lots of people!!!

"I run a social group of married and single people that enjoys skiing and shopping!! This house was perfect!! There is a huge room where everyone could socialize or get away from the crowd if needed!! I recommend this property for anyone with lots of adults!!! I am sure kids would be great too!!! It is a block away from Main St - easy to walk to - even in a blizzard!!!"

  • We will be back!

"Looking through the reviews and photos on this site made me so excited to snag this house for our vacation this summer! We were traveling with a family of 11 and after viewing this house online, our expectations were high. Those expectations were blown out of the water when we arrived. The house itself was gorgeous, but the breathtaking views and sounds of the creek flowing behind the house were unbeatable! The temperature this second week of July was perfect and allowed us to keep most of the sliding doors and windows open while visiting. We were lucky enough to sleep in the master bedroom and there is nothing better than hearing the creek as you go to sleep, except seeing the mountains as you open your eyes each morning! The location was perfect, we went up to the Family Fun Park at Peak 8, hiked McCullough Gulch, drove to Silverthorne to do some shopping and visited downtown Breckenridge almost every evening. The kids enjoyed walking the "trails" near the house and to the park just a short distance away! This was a very memorable vacation for our family, and this house was the icing on the cake! We will definitely be back!"

  • Perfect couples getaway

"First let me say I have been snowboarding for 20 years and have been all over North America. Whistler, Tahoe, Park city, Vail, Killington, snowbird, and Jackson hole just to name a few. Breckenridge in my Opinion is the best. Small town with family owned businesses. Great nightlife, restaurants and shopping. Breckenridge mountain itself is perfect for beginners and experts plus there is always fresh fluffy snow. While there don't forget to go snowmobiling up the Georgia's pass. Use good time adventures! Ok now the house. The pictures do not do the place justice. This place is perfect for a couple looking for a nice relaxing vacation. It's an easy 5 minute ride into town on some scenic roads thru the neighborhood. From There Breckenridge mountain can be accessed from a gondola in town. That simple and Very easy to get too. At the house The hot tub is great for coming back after a long day on the mountain. Inside the kitchen it has everything you could need. In the living room there is a comfy sofa and on the side looking toward the TV is this small little alcove where 2 people can lay down in a sea of plush pillows. Throw the fireplace on and it's very easy to fall asleep. Also there is a small heater used to Also heat the place. Put it on during the day and the place heats up very fast. There was no pics of the bathroom but rest assured it's clean, modern and nice. The bedroom is great too. The bed is super comfy and for you fellow sea level travelers they have a humidifier to make your nights sleep more relaxing. Also the bedroom has a giant window. I would always open it up in the morning and loved seeing the snow come up to the window. For the price you will Not find anything better in Breckenridge for 2 people. With that said I will be heading back this winter in 2015! Have fun in Breck!!"

  • Wonderful Mountain Townhome

"Our extended family of 8 (4 adults, 4 children - cousins) really enjoyed our 2 night stay in your town home. We loved how spacious the layout was and all of the comforts of home. Best of all was the location...just a 5 minute walk and you were in the heart of Breckenridge's Main Street with restaurants and shops galore. If we return to Breckenridge (and it's highly likely we will) we will definitely be in touch."
