  • Very nice condo

"The condo was located in the heart of town. We could walk to main street and all the shops. The building is one of the older complexes but is in good shape and well taken care of. The unit was clean and in good condition. Hoping to visit Breckenridge again soon"

  • A wonderful place!

"We use VRBO often and our experience with this rental was fantastic. The owner/manager was quick to respond and extremely helpful. The location of the condo really can't be beat - walking distance to Main Street and the gondola. It's also quite close to the (free) bus route. The condo was clean and very well maintained. The rules and checkout procedure were clearly stated and quite simple. The kitchen was stocked with all of the utensils we needed to cook our own meals and there was more than enough room in the unit for all of us (4 adults). We really appreciated how smooth the rental process - from payment to checkout - was. Thank you for a lovely weekend! We enjoyed Breckenridge in the fall!"

  • Family of 12 New Year trip

"What an amazing home!!!! We had such a great time with our family and my sister's family -- 4 adults, 7 older teens and even our 80 year old mother!!! The views looking out the picture windows were amazing and our view of the New Year's fireworks display from our warm lodge were breathtaking!!! After enjoying fresh powder on the slopes, we came home to a fireplace, hot tub and a home cooked meal, how relaxing was that. Watching the sunrise from the family room quickly became a morning ritual! The Lodge was well stocked with all the essentials plus. And walking to town or to the many bus stops nearby was very easy! With the three floors of space, everyone could find their own quiet spot- even with 12 people!! The owner and property manager were both very easy to work with and very accommodating! It was definitely a family vacation that we will remember! Maybe we'd be lucky enough to get everyone together again for a summer vacation at Ten Peaks Lodge... PS during winter, make sure to have 4 wheel drive vehicle."

  • Perfect Location, perfect for anyone who really wants to experience Breck!

"You will find no better location in Breck, period! We stayed at the home with another couple, our three kids, and one friend of our son. All the kids are teenagers. The home sits two blocks from the guts of Main Street and one and a half blocks from a nice grocery store. Parking for two cars is either right outside the door or one house down on a very busy day (and then only if you drive somewhere, which is never necessary). The free bus stop is immediately out the door (blue route to Beavers Run is the best way to start a day on the slopes). The kitchen is great and has good seating, as does the dining room. There is plenty of living space and the wifi worked very well; and even with all 8 of us showering when we came off the slopes, there was always plenty of hot water. The owner is incredibly easy to work with and is extremely responsive. Without any hesitation, he mailed something to us that we had left in the house (ever had a hotel even find something that you left in a room, much less mail it to you???). Only two cautions: you need to be willing to climb stairs and understand that one of the bathrooms is on the first floor, but neither of these is a problem. If your are in Breck, you better be capable of climbing a few stairs. We cooked most nights but walked to restaurants on a few. I highly recommend the home for any active family and during any time of the year! Great experience!"
